Claims (8)
- 固定された歯科用補綴物のための骨内単一義歯インプラントであって、
a.顎骨内の穿孔内に挿入可能であり、環状凹部(16)及び穿孔(12)を有し、冠状の端部に向かって開き、環状凹部(16)へ先端方向に配置され、留めねじを固定するために基体内の先端部に配置されるねじ部(14)を有する、実質的に円筒形状の基体(10)であり、前記環状凹部(16)は、誘導部(18)、前記誘導部(18)に冠状方向に配置される適合部(20)、及び前記適合部(20)に冠状方向に配置される端部(22)を有する前記基体(10)、
b.前記基体の凹部(16)内に挿入可能な隣接部(50)は、適合部(56)、誘導部(54)、端部(58)、前記留めねじを収容するための穿孔、及び前記歯科用補綴物のための固定ヘッド(66)を有し、並びに
c.前記基体(10)の前記穿孔内に挿入可能であり、かつ、前記隣接部を横断する留めねじ(70)を有し、
前記基体(10)の適合部(20)及び前記隣接部(50)の適合部(56)は、形状において、互いに相補い、
前記基体(10)の適合部(20)は、円周方向に作動する少なくとも1つの基体適合要素(26)を有し、前記隣接部(50)の適合部(56)は、前記基体適合要素(26)の形状と相補う少なくとも1つの隣接適合要素(52)を有し、
前記隣接部(50)は、各適合要素(26;52)が相互に係合する様に、前記基体(10)の環状凹部(16)内に挿入可能であり、
互いに相補う前記適合要素(26;52)は、溝及びトングが接続した前記隣接部(50)の適合溝(52)に構成されるのを補う、半径方向に内側に向かう2〜6個のトングバー(26)の形態により構成され、
前記相補う適合要素(26;52)に加えて、円周方向に作動する2〜6個のねじ込み式要素(30)は、前記基体(10)の適合部(20)の内側の多角面状におけるねじ込み式工具の係合のために、設けられる、骨内単一義歯インプラント。 - 3つまたは4つの円周方向に作動する前記ねじ込み式要素(30)の各々は、前記基体(10)内の内側の多角面状に設計される、請求項1に記載の骨内単一義歯インプラント。
- 円周方向に作動する前記ねじ込み式要素(30)の各々は、前記基体(10)内の適合要素と交互に円周方向に配置される、請求項1または2に記載の骨内単一義歯インプラント。
- 前記基体(10)の前記適合部(20)は、中が空洞の円錐台状に形成され、前記中が空洞の円錐台の縦軸は、前記基体の縦軸と同軸であり、かつ、前記隣接部(50)は、前記中が空洞の円錐台に対応する円錐台を有する、または、前記基体(10)の前記適合部(20)は、中が空洞の円筒形状に形成され、前記中が空洞の円筒形状の縦軸は、前記基体の縦軸と同軸であり、かつ、前記隣接部(50)は、前記中が空洞の円筒形状に対応する外側の円筒形状部分を有する、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の骨内単一義歯インプラント。
- 前記トングバー(26)は、前記基体の空洞から機械的または電気化学的に切除された棒の形態を有する、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の骨内単一義歯インプラント。
- 前記トングバー(26)は、穿孔内または溝内に保持されたピン(24)の形態を有する、請求項4に記載の骨内単一義歯インプラント。
- 前記基体及び前記隣接部の前記円周に関して互いに相補う前記適合要素は、調整された角度の間隔を有する、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の骨内単一義歯インプラント。
- 雌型適合要素の数は、雄型適合要素の数よりも多い、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の骨内単一義歯インプラント。
