Description
Claims (13)
- 二重ラッチング・マイクロバルブであって、
a. 第1のバルブ・アーム端部を含み、圧縮可能な第1のチューブを受け入れるようになされた第1のバルブ・アーム受け入れ領域をさらに含む第1のバルブ・アームと、
b. 第1のバルブを形成するように、前記第1のバルブ・アームの前記第1のバルブ・アーム受け入れ領域内に、前記第1のチューブに隣接して配置された第1の弁座と、
c. 第2のバルブ・アーム端部を含み、圧縮可能な第2のチューブを受け入れるようになされた第2のバルブ・アーム受け入れ領域をさらに含む第2のバルブ・アームであって、前記第2のバルブ・アーム端部が前記第1のバルブ・アーム端部と係合するように、前記第1のバルブ・アームに対して配置される第2のバルブ・アームと、
d. 第2のバルブを形成するように、前記第2のバルブ・アーム受け入れ領域内に、前記第2のチューブに隣接して配置された第2の弁座と、
e. 前記第1のバルブ・アームに取り付けられた第1の作動機構と、
f. 前記第2のバルブ・アームに取り付けられた第2の作動機構と、
g. 前記第1の作動機構及び前記第2の作動機構の1つ又は複数と回路中で電気接続された少なくとも1つの電源とを含み、
前記電源からの電流で前記第2の作動機構に電荷を与えると、前記第2のバルブ・アームが移動し、前記第1のバルブ・アーム端部が、前記第2のバルブ・アーム端部に対して移動することが可能になり、それによって、前記第2のチューブが前記第2のバルブ・アーム受け入れ領域内で前記第2の弁座に対して圧縮されて、前記第2のチューブが圧縮された状態で保持され、したがって前記第2のバルブが閉じられ、一方前記第1のチューブが圧縮されない状態のままであることが可能にされ、したがって、前記第1のバルブは、前記電源からのさらなる電力の追加なしに、開かれたままの状態であることが可能になり、
前記電源からの電流で前記第1の作動機構に電荷を与えると、前記第1のバルブ・アームが移動し、前記第2のバルブ・アーム端部が、前記第1のバルブ・アーム端部に対して摺動することが可能になり、それによって、前記第2のチューブが、前記第2のバルブ・アーム受け入れ領域内で圧縮されないままであることが可能になり、したがって、前記第2のバルブが開かれたままであることが可能になり、一方前記第1のチューブが前記第1のバルブ・アーム受け入れ領域内で前記第1の弁座に対して圧縮され、前記第1のチューブが圧縮された状態で保持され、それによって、前記第1のバルブは、前記電源からのさらなる電力の追加なしで、閉じられる、二重ラッチング・マイクロバルブ。 - a. 前記第1のバルブ・アームを前記第1の弁座に向けて偏倚させるように前記第1のバルブ・アームと係合した第1の弾性部材と、
b. 前記第2のバルブ・アームを前記第2の弁座に向けて偏倚させるように前記第2のバルブ・アームと係合した第2の弾性部材と
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の二重ラッチング・マイクロバルブ。 - 前記第1及び第2の弾性部材は、ばねを含む、請求項2に記載の二重ラッチング・マイクロバルブ。
- 前記第1の作動機構及び前記第2の作動機構の1つ又は複数が、形状記憶材料を含む、請求項1に記載の二重ラッチング・マイクロバルブ。
- 前記第1のバルブ及び前記第2のバルブの両方が、前記第1及び第2のチューブを通る単一流路に適用され、
前記第1及び第2のバルブの一方が、前記第1及び第2のバルブの他方が開かれているとき、閉じられなければならない、請求項1に記載の二重ラッチング・マイクロバルブ。 - 前記第1の作動機構及び前記第2の作動機構は、ソレノイド、モータ、空気圧作動機構及び油圧作動機構からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の二重ラッチング・マイクロバルブ。
- 前記第1の作動機構及び前記第2の作動機構の1つ又は複数が、カム又はラチェットを含む、請求項1に記載の二重ラッチング・マイクロバルブ。
- a. 流体を保持するための容器と、
b. 前記第1のチューブによって前記容器に流体接続される投与チャンバとをさらに含み、
前記第1のバルブが開かれ、前記第2のバルブが閉じられたとき、前記流体は、前記容器から前記投与チャンバに引き出され、
前記第2のバルブが開かれ、前記第1のバルブが閉じられたとき、前記流体は、前記投与チャンバから押し出されて患者に注入される、請求項5に記載の二重ラッチング・マイクロバルブ。 - 前記流体は薬物であり、
前記投与チャンバの最大容量が、前記患者に送達される前記薬物を収容するような大きさに作られる、請求項8に記載の二重ラッチング・マイクロバルブ。 - 前記投与チャンバからの前記薬物の送達は、入力信号に基づいて時間調節される、請求項9に記載の二重ラッチング・マイクロバルブ。
- 前記第1のバルブ及び前記第2のバルブは、前記容器と前記投与チャンバの間で混合作用を生成するように構成される、請求項8に記載の二重ラッチング・マイクロバルブ。
- 請求項5に記載の二重ラッチング・マイクロバルブであって、
a. 第2の二重ラッチング・マイクロバルブと、
b. 第1の二重ラッチング・マイクロバルブ及び前記第2の二重ラッチング・マイクロバルブに流体接続される両側ポンプと、
c. 患者に対する前記薬物のほぼ連続的な送達のために、前記両側ポンプに流体接続される薬物を保持するための容器とをさらに含む、二重ラッチング・マイクロバルブ。 - 請求項5に記載の二重ラッチング・マイクロバルブであって、
a. 第2の二重ラッチング・マイクロバルブと、
b. 第1の二重ラッチング・マイクロバルブ及び前記第2の二重ラッチング・マイクロバルブに流体接続される両側ポンプと、
c. 前記患者に対する薬物の複数の投与量の間欠的な送達のために、前記両側ポンプに流体接続される前記薬物を保持するための容器とをさらに含む、二重ラッチング・マイクロバルブ。
