Description
前記離型フィルムは前記保護フィルムの前記偏光子に対向する面の反対面上に備えられ、前記偏光解消領域は400nm〜800nm波長帯域で80%以上の単体透過度および10%以下の偏光度を有し、前記偏光解消領域の最大サッギング(sagging)深さは10μm以下である偏光板の製造方法を提供する。
前記ポリビニルアルコール系偏光子は少なくとも1つの偏光解消領域を有し、前記偏光解消領域は400nm〜800nm波長帯域で80%以上の単体透過度および10%以下の偏光度を有し、前記偏光解消領域の最大サッギング(sagging)深さは10μm以下である偏光板を提供する。
前記離型フィルムは前記保護フィルムの前記偏光子に対向する面の反対面上に備えられ、前記偏光解消領域は400nm〜800nm波長帯域で80%以上の単体透過度および10%以下の偏光度を有し、前記偏光解消領域の最大サッギング(sagging)深さは10μm以下である偏光板の製造方法を提供する。

前記ポリビニルアルコール系偏光子は少なくとも1つの偏光解消領域を有し、前記偏光解消領域は400nm〜800nm波長帯域で80%以上の単体透過度および10%以下の偏光度を有し、前記偏光解消領域の最大サッギング(sagging)深さは10μm以下である偏光板を提供する。
ポリビニルアルコール系フィルム(日本合成社製のM3000 grade 30μm)を25℃の純水溶液で膨潤工程を15秒間経た後、0.2wt%濃度および25℃のヨウ素溶液で60秒間染着工程を行った。その後、ホウ酸1wt%、45℃の溶液で30秒間洗浄工程を経た後、ホウ酸2.5wt%、52℃の溶液で6倍延伸工程を行った。延伸後、5wt%のヨウ化カリウム(KI)溶液で補色工程を経た後、60℃のオーブンで5分間乾燥させて12μmのポリビニルアルコール系偏光子を製造した。
引張強度が約1500Nのポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)離型フィルムを付着したことを除いては、実施例1と同様の製造方法によりアクリル系保護フィルム/ポリビニルアルコール系偏光子/アクリル系保護フィルム構造の偏光板を製造した。
引張強度が約2000Nのポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)離型フィルムを付着したことを除いては、実施例1と同様の製造方法によりアクリル系保護フィルム/ポリビニルアルコール系偏光子/アクリル系保護フィルム構造の偏光板を製造した。
引張強度が約3000Nのポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)離型フィルムを付着したことを除いては、実施例1と同様の製造方法によりアクリル系保護フィルム/ポリビニルアルコール系偏光子/アクリル系保護フィルム構造の偏光板を製造した。
引張強度が約5000Nのポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)離型フィルムを付着したことを除いては、実施例1と同様の製造方法によりアクリル系保護フィルム/ポリビニルアルコール系偏光子/アクリル系保護フィルム構造の偏光板を製造した。
Claims (10)
- ヨウ素および二色性染料のうち少なくとも1つ以上で染着されたポリビニルアルコール系偏光子を提供するステップ、
前記偏光子の一面上に保護フィルムおよび離型フィルムを備えるステップ、
前記偏光子の他面に脱色溶液を局所的に接触させて少なくとも1つの偏光解消領域を形成するステップ、および
酸溶液を用いて洗浄するステップを含み、
前記離型フィルムは前記保護フィルムの前記偏光子に対向する面の反対面上に備えられ、
前記偏光解消領域は400nm〜800nm波長帯域で80%以上の単体透過度および10%以下の偏光度を有し、
前記偏光解消領域の最大サッギング(sagging)深さは10μm以下であり、
前記脱色溶液の粘度は1cP〜2000cPであり、
前記離型フィルムは6000N以上の引張強度を有し、
前記脱色溶液のpHは11〜14であり、
前記偏光解消領域は前記偏光子のカメラモジュールが位置する領域であることを特徴とする偏光板の製造方法。 - 少なくとも1つの前記偏光解消領域の面積は0.5mm2以上500mm2以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の偏光板の製造方法。
- 前記脱色溶液は、水酸化ナトリウム(NaOH)、硫化水素ナトリウム(NaSH)、アジ化ナトリウム(NaN3)、水酸化カリウム(KOH)、硫化水素カリウム(KSH)およびチオ硫酸カリウム(KS203)からなる群から選択された1種以上の脱色剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の偏光板の製造方法。
- 前記脱色溶液は増粘剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の偏光板の製造方法。
- 前記脱色溶液は、全体重量に対し、脱色剤1重量%〜30重量%、増粘剤0.5重量%〜30重量%、および溶媒40重量%〜70重量%を含み、
前記溶媒は水または水とアルコールの混合溶媒であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の偏光板の製造方法。 - 前記偏光解消領域を形成するステップ前に前記偏光子の他面に少なくとも1つの穿孔部を含むマスク層を形成するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の偏光板の製造方法。
- 前記マスク層を形成するステップは、マスクフィルムの少なくとも一領域に穿孔部を形成し、前記偏光子の他面に付着することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の偏光板の製造方法。
- 前記マスク層を形成するステップは、前記偏光子の他面上にコーティング層を形成し、前記コーティング層の少なくとも一領域を選択的に除去して穿孔部を形成することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の偏光板の製造方法。
- 前記偏光解消領域を形成するステップは、浸漬方法、ディスペンサー方法、インクジェット方法またはグラビア印刷方法によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の偏光板の製造方法。
- 前記偏光解消領域を形成するステップ後に前記離型フィルムを除去するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の偏光板の製造方法。
