本発明の実施の形態1の変形例における複合磁性材料100を図2に示す。

次に本実施の形態の複合磁性材料100の製造方法について説明する。

次に本実施の形態の複合磁性材料100の製造方法について説明する。
まず、複合磁性材料100に用いる軟磁性金属粉末1は、ガスアトマイズ法で作製したFe−Si−Al合金とし、この合金組成が、10.0wt%Si、5.0wt%Al、Bal.Feである。この合金の平均粒径は30μmである。
本発明の本実施の形態2の変形例1における複合磁性材料100を図9に示す。図9に示すように、第2凹部5は、軟磁性金属粉末1が内部酸化することによって生成され、熱処理雰囲気の酸素分圧を制御することにより、第1酸化物2とは異なる第3酸化物14が生成される。
図10は本実施の形態2の変形例2を示す図である。

Claims (11)
- 複数の軟磁性金属粉末と、
前記複数の軟磁性金属粉末の第1の表面を被覆する第1酸化物と、
前記第1酸化物の表面を被覆し、前記第1酸化物で被覆された前記複数の軟磁性金属粉末の間に介在する第2酸化物と
を備え、
前記第1酸化物は表面に第1凹部を有し、
前記第1凹部に前記第2酸化物が設けられ、
前記複数の軟磁性金属粉末の表面の一部と、前記第2酸化物が、当接し、
前記第1酸化物が前記複数の軟磁性金属粉末と当接する面積をA、
前記第2酸化物が前記複数の軟磁性金属粉末と当接する面積をBとすると、
A/Bは0.25以上4以下とする複合磁性材料。 - 前記複数の軟磁性金属粉末に含まれる元素の少なくとも1つは第1の元素であり、
前記第1酸化物に含まれる元素の少なくとも1つは前記第1の元素であり、
前記第2酸化物に含まれる元素の少なくとも1つは前記第1の元素であり、
前記第1の元素は、Al、Cr、Ti、Mg、Ni、SiおよびCaのいずれかであり、
前記複数の軟磁性金属粉末に含まれる前記第1の元素の濃度をL、
前記第1酸化物に含まれる前記第1の元素の濃度をM、
前記第2酸化物に含まれる前記第1の元素の濃度をNとしたとき、
L<N<Mの関係式をみたす請求項1に記載の複合磁性材料。 - 前記複数の軟磁性金属粉末に含まれる元素の少なくとも1つは第1の元素であり、
前記第1酸化物に含まれる元素の少なくとも1つは前記第1の元素であり、
前記第2酸化物に含まれる元素の少なくとも1つは前記第1の元素であり、
前記第1の元素は、Al、Cr、Ti、Mg、Ni、SiおよびCaのいずれかであり、
前記複数の軟磁性金属粉末および前記第1酸化物の界面に垂直な方向における界面近傍層の前記第1の元素の濃度と、
前記第1酸化物および前記第2酸化物の界面に垂直な方向における界面近傍層の前記第1の元素の濃度は、
傾斜分布している請求項1に記載の複合磁性材料。 - 請求項1〜3いずれかに記載の複合磁性材料であって、
前記複数の軟磁性金属粉末は表面に第2凹部を有する複合磁性材料。 - 請求項4に記載の複合磁性材料であって、
前記第2凹部に第3酸化物が形成される複合磁性材料。 - 請求項1〜4いずれかに記載の複合磁性材料であって、
前記第2酸化物はフェライト材料である複合磁性材料。 - 請求項1〜4いずれかに記載の複合磁性材料であって、
前記第1酸化物はフェライト材料である複合磁性材料。 - 請求項1〜4いずれかに記載の複合磁性材料であって、
前記複数の軟磁性金属粉末の表面からの前記第1酸化物の平均厚みは5nm以上かつ500nm以下である複合磁性材料。 - 請求項1〜4いずれかに記載の複合磁性材料であって、
前記複数の軟磁性金属粉末はFe−Si−Al系合金、
前記第1酸化物はAl2O3、
前記第2酸化物はFeAl2O4を含む複合磁性材料。 - 巻線コイルの巻回内に請求項1〜4いずれかに記載の複合磁性材料を配置したコイル部品。
- スイッチング素子と、
前記スイッチング素子のスイッチング動作を制御する駆動回路と、
前記スイッチング素子に接続された請求項10に記載のコイル部品と
を備えた電源装置。
