Claims (18)
- アルミナセメントがベースの、2成分モルタル系留付け材である接着系アンカーと、取付領域と、掘削孔へ挿入可能且つ円錐形で軸方向に並んで配置された複数の拡張部を備えた形状の固着領域とを備えたアンカーロッドと、を備えたアンカー手段の化学的留付けのための留付けシステムであって、
前記2成分モルタル系留め付け材は硬化性水相アルミナセメント成分Aと、硬化過程を開始するための水相状態にある開始剤成分Bとを含み、成分Aはリン酸、メタリン酸、亜リン酸、ホスホン酸から成る群から選択される少なくとも1つの遮断剤、少なくとも1つの可塑剤及び水を含み、成分Bは開始剤と、少なくとも1つの抑制剤と、少なくとも1つの鉱物充填剤と、水とを含む、
留付けシステム。 - i)前記開始剤はアルカリ及び/又はアルカリ土類金属塩の混合物を含み、
ii)前記少なくとも1つの抑制剤はクエン酸、酒石酸、乳酸、サリチル酸、グルコン酸、及びこれらの混合物から成る群から選択され、
iii)前記少なくとも1つの鉱物充填剤は石灰充填剤、砂、鋼玉石、ドロマイト、耐アルカリグラス、砕石、砂利、小石、及びこれらの混合物から成る群から選択される

- 前記少なくとも1つの抑制剤がクエン酸、酒石酸、又はこれらの混合物である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載の留付けシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの鉱物充填剤の平均粒子サイズが最大500μmである、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1つに記載の留付けシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの鉱物充填剤が石灰充填剤又は石灰充填剤の混合物である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1つに記載の留付けシステム。
- 成分A及び成分Bはスラリー又はペーストの形態である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1つに記載の留付けシステム。
- 前記2成分モルタル系の初期凝固時間が少なくとも5分である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか1つに記載の留付けシステム。
- 前記成分Bは
0.1wt.−%乃至4wt.−%の水酸化リチウムと、
0.1wt.−%乃至5wt.−%の硫酸リチウム又は硫酸リチウム一水和物と、
0.05wt.−%乃至5wt.−%のクエン酸と、
0.05wt.−%乃至4wt.−%の酒石酸と、
35wt.−%乃至45wt.−%の第1の鉱物充填剤と、

- 前記複数の拡張部のそれぞれの表面は被覆を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至10の何れか1つに記載の留付けシステム。
- 前記複数の拡張部のそれぞれの表面は、光沢ニッケルめっき及び/又はクロムめっきが施されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至11の何れか1つに記載の留付けシステム。
- 前記複数の拡張部のそれぞれの表面は、電気化学めっき又は電解研摩が施されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至12の何れか1つに記載の留付けシステム。
- 前記複数の拡張部のそれぞれが無機モルタル化合物の通路を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至13の何れか1つに記載の留付けシステム。
- 前記通路が流路である、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の留付けシステム。
