Claims (1)
- 穀物を収容する穀物供給ホッパーと、
前記穀物供給ホッパーから供給される穀物が外部空気流入口から流入する空気とともに空気吸入力により移動するように案内する搬送管と、
前記搬送管の末端に連結される穀物吐出管と、前記穀物吐出管と連結される水平部及び穀物を落下させる下向き曲面部を有し、穀物及び異物を分離する分離管と、
前記分離管の曲面部の下部に連結されて所定量ずつ穀物を排出するロータリー弁と、
前記分離管の上側に連結されて分離された異物を外部に排出する排気管及び前記排気管の末端に連結されて前記排気管の末端から空気を吸入することにより、前記空気吸入力を前記排気管、前記分離管、前記穀物吐出管及び前記搬送管において発生させるリングブロワーを有する空気吸引手段と、
を備える空気を用いた穀物搬送装置において、
前記穀物吐出管の内径及び前記分離管の内径間の割合が0.4〜0.5:1になるように前記穀物吐出管の内径が前記分離管の内径よりも小さく形成され、
前記穀物吐出管における穀物を前記分離管に吐出する先端は、前記分離管を閉鎖しながら前記分離管と前記穀物吐出管とを係合させる仕上げ板の下側において、前記仕上げ板を貫通するように取り付けられ、
前記穀物吐出管における穀物を吐出する先端の下部には切断傾斜面を形成して、内径の大きな前記分離管の水平部の下側に穀物が吐き出されるようにした、空気を用いた穀物搬送装置。
