Description
(1) 駆動用ロータ(駆動用ロータTR)と、該駆動用ロータに対向配置される駆動用ステータ(駆動用ステータTS)と、を備える駆動用モータ(駆動用モータM)と、
車両の車輪に機械的に連結され、前記駆動用ロータと一体に回転する駆動用モータ軸(モータシャフトMS)と、
エンジン(エンジンE)と、
前記駆動用モータ軸と機械的に連結され、該エンジンのトルクを出力するエンジン出力軸(クランクシャフトCS)と、
前記エンジン出力軸と前記駆動用モータ軸との動力伝達経路上に配置されるクラッチ(クラッチCL)と、
前記駆動用モータのトルクで前記エンジンを始動制御する制御装置(制御装置CTR)と、を備える動力装置(動力装置1、1A)であって、
該動力装置は、磁気減速機構(磁気減速機構SR)をさらに備え、
該磁気減速機構は、
回転磁界を発生させるための減速用ステータ(減速用ステータS)と、
複数の磁極部を備え前記減速用ステータに対向する第1減速用ロータ(第1減速用ロータR1)と、
複数の軟磁性部を備え前記減速用ステータと前記第1減速用ロータとの間に設けられた第2減速用ロータ(第2減速用ロータR2)と、を有し、
前記減速用ステータを励磁することで、前記減速用ステータの回転磁界速度と前記第1減速用ロータの回転速度と前記第2減速用ロータの回転速度との間で所定の共線関係を保ちながら回転するように構成され、
前記第2減速用ロータは、前記エンジン出力軸と機械的に連結され、
前記第1減速用ロータは、前記駆動用ロータと共用され、
前記制御装置は、前記エンジンを始動する際に、前記クラッチを解放した状態で、前記減速用ステータの回転磁界を固定するように励磁する。
前記第1減速用ロータは、所定方向に並んだ所定の複数の前記磁極部で構成され、隣り合う各2つの前記磁極部が互いに異なる極性を有するように配置された磁極列を有し、
前記減速用ステータは、前記磁極列に対向するように配置され、複数の電機子に発生する所定の複数の電機子磁極により、前記所定方向に移動する回転磁界を前記磁極列との間に発生させる電機子列を有し、
前記第2減速用ロータは、互いに間隔を隔てて前記所定方向に並んだ所定の複数の前記軟磁性部で構成され、前記磁極列と前記電機子列の間に位置するように配置された軟磁性部列を有し、
前記減速用ステータの磁極対数1に対し、前記第1減速用ロータの極対数をα、前記第2減速用ロータの前記軟磁性部の数をβとすると、β=α+1、ただしα≠1を満たす。
(a)磁気減速機構が回転機であり、電機子がU相、V相およびW相の3相コイルを有する
(b)減速用ステータの磁極対数1に対し、第1減速用ロータの極対数をα、第2減速用ロータの軟磁性部の数をβとし、β=α+1、ただしα≠1とする
なお、α=2のとき、減速用ステータの電機子磁極の磁極対数が1、第1減速用ロータの極対数が2個、第2減速用ロータの軟磁性部が3個である。本明細書で用いる「磁極対」及び「極対」は、N極およびS極の1組をいい、磁極数で言うとα=2のとき、減速用ステータの電機子磁極が2個、第1減速用ロータの磁極が4個である。図14はα=2のときの磁気減速機構の等価回路である。
前記減速用ステータ、前記第1減速用ロータ、及び前記第2減速用ロータは、径方向で対向する。
前記減速用ステータ、前記第1減速用ロータ、及び前記第2減速用ロータは、軸方向で対向する。
前記駆動用モータは、前記駆動用ステータの径方向内側に前記駆動用ロータが対向配置され、
前記磁気減速機構の前記第1減速用ロータの前記磁極部は、前記駆動用モータの前記駆動用ロータの内周部に周方向に並んで配置された磁石で構成される。
車両の車輪に機械的に連結され、前記駆動用ロータと一体に回転する駆動用モータ軸(モータシャフトMS)と、
エンジン(エンジンE)と、
前記駆動用モータ軸と機械的に連結され、該エンジンのトルクを出力するエンジン出力軸(クランクシャフトCS)と、
前記エンジン出力軸と前記駆動用モータ軸との動力伝達経路上に配置されるクラッチ(クラッチCL)と、
前記駆動用モータのトルクで前記エンジンを始動制御する制御装置(制御装置CTR)と、を備える動力装置(動力装置1B、1C)であって、
該動力装置は、磁気減速機構(磁気減速機構SR)をさらに備え、
該磁気減速機構は、
前記駆動用モータの前記駆動用ステータと共用される第1減速用ステータ(第1減速用ステータS1)と、
回転磁界を発生させるための第2減速用ステータ(第2減速用ステータS2)と、
複数の軟磁性部を備え前記第1減速用ステータと前記第2減速用ステータとの間に設けられた減速用ロータ(減速用ロータR)と、を有し、
前記第2減速用ステータを励磁することで、前記第2減速用ステータの回転磁界速度と前記第1減速用ステータの回転磁界速度と前記減速用ロータの回転速度との間で所定の共線関係を保ちながら回転するように構成され、
前記減速用ロータは、前記エンジン出力軸と機械的に連結され、
前記制御装置は、前記エンジンを始動する際に、前記クラッチを解放した状態で、前記第2減速用ステータの回転磁界を固定するように励磁する。
前記第2減速用ステータは、前記第1減速用ステータの電機子列に対向するように配置され、複数の電機子に発生する所定の複数の電機子磁極により、所定方向に移動する回転磁界を前記第1減速用ステータの前記電機子列との間に発生させる電機子列を有し、
前記減速用ロータは、互いに間隔を隔てて前記所定方向に並んだ所定の複数の前記軟磁性部で構成され、前記第1減速用ステータの前記電機子列と前記第2減速用ステータの前記電機子列の間に位置するように配置された軟磁性部列を有し、
前記第2減速用ステータの磁極対数1に対し、前記第1減速用ステータの磁極対数をα、前記減速用ロータの前記軟磁性部の数をβとすると、β=α+1、ただしα≠1を満たす。
前記第2減速用ステータ、第1減速用ステータ、及び前記減速用ロータは、径方向で対向する。
前記第2減速用ステータ、第1減速用ステータ、及び前記減速用ロータは、軸方向で対向する。
また、磁気減速機構を用いることで、機械式減速機構に発生する高調波振動成分が車輪に伝達されず、振動特性が向上する。
また、磁気減速機構を用いることで、機械式減速機構に発生する高調波振動成分が車輪に伝達されず、振動特性が向上する。
<第1実施形態>
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る動力装置1を概略構成図である。この動力装置1は、車両(図示せず)の駆動輪DWを駆動するためのものであり、駆動源である駆動用モータM及びエンジンEと、駆動用モータM及びエンジンEと駆動輪DWとの動力伝達経路上に配置される変速機TMと、駆動用モータMとエンジンEとの動力伝達経路上に配置されるクラッチCLと、磁気減速機構SRと、制御装置CTRと、を備える。
次に本発明の第2実施形態の動力装置1Aについて図10を参照して説明する。なお、第2実施形態の動力装置1Aは、磁気減速機構SRがアキシャルモータから構成されている点を除き第1実施形態の動力装置1と同一の構成を有するので、同一の構成については同一符号を付して説明を省略する。
次に本発明の第3実施形態の動力装置1について図11を参照して説明する。なお、第1及び第2実施形態の動力装置1、1Aでは、駆動用モータMの駆動用ロータTRが磁気減速機構SRと共用されていが、本実施形態の動力装置1Bでは、駆動用モータMの駆動用ステータTSが磁気減速機構SRと共用されている点で相違する。
次に本発明の第4実施形態の動力装置1Cについて図13を参照して説明する。なお、第4実施形態の動力装置1Cは、磁気減速機構SRがアキシャルモータから構成されている点を除き第3実施形態の動力装置1Bと同一の構成を有するので、同一の構成については同一符号を付して説明を省略する。

- 駆動用ロータと、該駆動用ロータに対向配置される駆動用ステータと、を備える駆動用モータと、
車両の車輪に機械的に連結され、前記駆動用ロータと一体に回転する駆動用モータ軸と、
エンジンと、
前記駆動用モータ軸と機械的に連結され、該エンジンのトルクを出力するエンジン出力軸と、
前記エンジン出力軸と前記駆動用モータ軸との動力伝達経路上に配置されるクラッチと、
前記駆動用モータのトルクで前記エンジンを始動制御する制御装置と、を備える動力装置であって、
該動力装置は、磁気減速機構をさらに備え、
該磁気減速機構は、
回転磁界を発生させるための減速用ステータと、
複数の磁極部を備え前記減速用ステータに対向する第1減速用ロータと、
複数の軟磁性部を備え前記減速用ステータと前記第1減速用ロータとの間に設けられた第2減速用ロータと、を有し、
前記減速用ステータを励磁することで、前記減速用ステータの回転磁界速度と前記第1減速用ロータの回転速度と前記第2減速用ロータの回転速度との間で所定の共線関係を保ちながら回転するように構成され、
前記第2減速用ロータは、前記エンジン出力軸と機械的に連結され、
前記第1減速用ロータは、前記駆動用ロータと共用され、
前記制御装置は、前記エンジンを始動する際に、前記クラッチを解放した状態で、前記減速用ステータの回転磁界を固定するように励磁する、動力装置。 - 請求項1に記載の動力装置であって、
前記第1減速用ロータは、所定方向に並んだ所定の複数の前記磁極部で構成され、隣り合う各2つの前記磁極部が互いに異なる極性を有するように配置された磁極列を有し、
前記減速用ステータは、前記磁極列に対向するように配置され、複数の電機子に発生する所定の複数の電機子磁極により、前記所定方向に移動する回転磁界を前記磁極列との間に発生させる電機子列を有し、
前記第2減速用ロータは、互いに間隔を隔てて前記所定方向に並んだ所定の複数の前記軟磁性部で構成され、前記磁極列と前記電機子列の間に位置するように配置された軟磁性部列を有し、
前記減速用ステータの磁極対数1に対し、前記第1減速用ロータの極対数をα、前記第2減速用ロータの前記軟磁性部の数をβとすると、β=α+1、ただしα≠1を満たす、動力装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の動力装置であって、
前記減速用ステータ、前記第1減速用ロータ、及び前記第2減速用ロータは、径方向で
対向する、動力装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の動力装置であって、
前記減速用ステータ、前記第1減速用ロータ、及び前記第2減速用ロータは、軸方向で
対向する、動力装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の動力装置であって、
前記駆動用モータは、前記駆動用ステータの径方向内側に前記駆動用ロータが対向配置され、
前記磁気減速機構の前記第1減速用ロータの前記磁極部は、前記駆動用モータの前記駆動用ロータの内周部に周方向に並んで配置された磁石で構成される、動力装置。 - 駆動用ロータと、該駆動用ロータに対向配置される駆動用ステータと、を備える駆動用モータと、
車両の車輪に機械的に連結され、前記駆動用ロータと一体に回転する駆動用モータ軸と、
エンジンと、
前記駆動用モータ軸と機械的に連結され、該エンジンのトルクを出力するエンジン出力軸と、
前記エンジン出力軸と前記駆動用モータ軸との動力伝達経路上に配置されるクラッチと、
前記駆動用モータのトルクで前記エンジンを始動制御する制御装置と、を備える動力装置であって、
該動力装置は、磁気減速機構をさらに備え、
該磁気減速機構は、
前記駆動用モータの前記駆動用ステータと共用される第1減速用ステータと、
回転磁界を発生させるための第2減速用ステータと、
複数の軟磁性部を備え前記第1減速用ステータと前記第2減速用ステータとの間に設けられた減速用ロータと、を有し、
前記第2減速用ステータを励磁することで、前記第2減速用ステータの回転磁界速度と前記第1減速用ステータの回転磁界速度と前記減速用ロータの回転速度との間で所定の共線関係を保ちながら回転するように構成され、
前記減速用ロータは、前記エンジン出力軸と機械的に連結され、
前記制御装置は、前記エンジンを始動する際に、前記クラッチを解放した状態で、前記第2減速用ステータの回転磁界を固定するように励磁する、動力装置。 - 請求項6に記載の動力装置であって、
前記第2減速用ステータは、前記第1減速用ステータの電機子列に対向するように配置され、複数の電機子に発生する所定の複数の電機子磁極により、所定方向に移動する回転磁界を前記第1減速用ステータの前記電機子列との間に発生させる電機子列を有し、
前記減速用ロータは、互いに間隔を隔てて前記所定方向に並んだ所定の複数の前記軟磁性部で構成され、前記第1減速用ステータの前記電機子列と前記第2減速用ステータの前記電機子列の間に位置するように配置された軟磁性部列を有し、
前記第2減速用ステータの磁極対数1に対し、前記第1減速用ステータの磁極対数をα、前記減速用ロータの前記軟磁性部の数をβとすると、β=α+1、ただしα≠1を満たす、動力装置。 - 請求項6又は7に記載の動力装置であって、
