・厚みがそれぞれ2.1mmおよび1.6mmの2枚のガラス板、および、
・標準的なPVB製の2つの外側層と振動−音響減衰特性を有する粘弾性プラスチック製の1つの中央層とを含み、675Hz(±15Hz)の共振振動数f2および0.35(±0.03)に等しい損失係数η2を有する中間層、

・厚みがそれぞれ1.8mmおよび1.4mmの2枚のガラス板、および、
・標準的PVB製の2つの外側層と振動−音響減衰特性を有する粘弾性プラスチック製の1つの中央層とを含み、675Hz(±15Hz)の共振振動数f2および0.35(±0.03)に等しい損失係数η2を有する中間層、

・厚みがそれぞれ1.8mm及び1.4mmの2枚のガラス板、および、
・標準的PVB製の2つの外側層と振動−音響減衰特性を有する粘弾性プラスチック製の1つの中央層とを含み、800Hz(±15Hz)の共振振動数f2および0.30(±0.03)に等しい損失係数η2を有する中間層、
を含んでいる。
本発明の代表的な態様としては、以下を挙げることができる:
《態様1》
振動−音響減衰特性を有する積層グレージングを作製するため2枚のガラス板の間に組み入れることを目的とした粘弾性プラスチック中間層であり、振動−音響減衰特性を有する粘弾性プラスチック製の少なくとも1つの層(3)を含むとともに、赤外線スクリーニング機能を有する粒子を含んでいる中間層であって、この中間層が間に組み入れられている各々の厚みが2.1mmの2枚のガラス板で構成された25mm×300mmの表面積を有する積層グレージングバーの、ISO 16940標準規格にしたがって20℃で機械インピーダンス測定(MIM)により測定される第2共振モードの共振振動数f 2 が760Hzと1000Hzの間であり、同じ条件下でMIMにより測定される同じバーの第2共振モードの損失係数η 2 が0.25以上である、粘弾性プラスチック中間層。
《態様2》
層(3)がポリビニルブチラールおよび可塑剤をベースとしている、態様1に記載の中間層。
《態様3》
共振振動数f 2 が800Hzと900Hzの間、好ましくは800Hzと850Hzの間である、態様1または2に記載の中間層。
《態様4》
損失係数η 2 が0.30超である、態様1〜3のうちの一つに記載の中間層。
《態様5》
標準的PVB製の2つの外側層(4、5)をさらに含み、層(3)がこれら2つの外側層(4、5)の間にある、態様1〜4のうちの一つに記載の中間層。
《態様6》
機械インピーダンス測定が、積層グレージングバーの組立てから少なくとも1カ月後に実施され、積層グレージングバー自体は中間層の製造から少なくとも1カ月後に組立てられている、態様1〜5のうちの一つに記載の中間層。
《態様7》

Claims (8)
- 振動−音響減衰特性を有する積層グレージングを作製するために2枚のガラス板の間に組み入れることを目的とした粘弾性プラスチック中間層であり、振動−音響減衰特性を有する粘弾性プラスチック製の少なくとも1つの層(3)を含み、かつ赤外線スクリーニング機能を有する粒子を含んでいる、粘弾性プラスチック中間層であって、
前記中間層が、この中間層が間に組み入れられている各々の厚みが2.1mmの2枚のガラス板で構成された25mm×300mmの表面積を有する積層グレージングバーの、ISO 16940標準規格にしたがって20℃で機械インピーダンス測定(MIM)により測定される第2共振モードの共振振動数f2が760Hzと1000Hzの間であり、かつ同じ条件下でMIMにより測定される同じバーの第2共振モードの損失係数η2が0.25以上であるようなものであり、かつ
前記層(3)が、ポリビニルブチラールおよび可塑剤をベースとしている、
粘弾性プラスチック中間層。 - 共振振動数f2が800Hzと900Hzの間、好ましくは800Hzと850Hzの間である、請求項1に記載の中間層。
- 損失係数η2が0.30超である、請求項1または2に記載の中間層。
- 前記中間層が、標準的PVB製の2つの外側層(4、5)をさらに含み、かつ前記層(3)が、これら2つの外側層(4、5)の間にある、請求項1〜3のうちの一項に記載の中間層。
- 機械インピーダンス測定が、積層グレージングバーの組立てから少なくとも1カ月後に実施され、積層グレージングバー自体は中間層の製造から少なくとも1カ月後に組立てられている、請求項1〜4のうちの一項に記載の中間層。
- ・厚みが0.5mmと2.6mmの間のガラス板(1)と、
・厚みが0.5mmと1.6mmの間のガラス板(2)と、
・これらのガラス板(1、2)の間にある、請求項1〜5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の中間層と、
を含み、ガラス板(1、2)の合計厚みが厳密に3.7mm未満であるグレージング。 - 請求項6に記載のグレージングを含む自動車であって、厚みが0.5mmと2.6mmの間のガラス板(1)が該自動車の外部に向けられており、厚みが0.5mmと1.6mmの間のガラス板(2)が該自動車の内部に向けられている、自動車。
- 請求項6に記載のグレージングの自動車のフロントガラスとしての使用。
