Claims (7)
- 相対変位可能な部位の一方の部位に変位検出パターンを表示する表示部を有するパターン投影部が設けられ、
他方の部位に基準線又は座標軸が設定された撮像センサを有するパターン撮像部が設けられた変位測定装置であって、
両部位が変位した状態で、パターン投影部から変位検出パターンが前記パターン撮像部に投影される工程と、
前記撮像センサで取得された変位検出パターンが前記パターン投影部に巡回される工程と、
該パターン投影部の変位検出パターンが巡回された変位検出パターンによって更新され、前記表示部に表示される工程と、
更新された変位検出パターンが前記パターン撮像部に投影される工程と、
巡回後前記パターン撮像部で取得した画像中の変位検出パターンの前記基準線又は座標軸に対する変位量を求め、該変位量を巡回数で除して両部位間の前記変位を得る工程とを有することを特徴とする変位測定方法。 - 表示部を有するパターン投影部と、該パターン投影部に対して相対変位可能に設けられ、基準線又は座標軸が設定された撮像センサを有するパターン撮像部と、制御部とを具備し、
前記パターン投影部は前記表示部に表示された変位検出パターンを前記パターン撮像部に投影可能であり、
該パターン撮像部は前記撮像センサに投影された変位検出パターンを撮像可能であり、
前記制御部は、前記パターン撮像部が撮像した変位検出パターンの画像を前記パターン投影部に巡回させ、前記表示部の変位検出パターンを巡回した変位検出パターンに更新し、更新した変位検出パターンを更に前記パターン撮像部に投影する様構成され、
前記パターン投影部と前記パターン撮像部とが変位した状態で、
巡回させて得られた画像中での前記変位検出パターンの前記基準線又は座標軸に対する変位量を巡回させた数で除することで前記変位を測定することを特徴とする変位測定装置。 - 前記変位は、回転変位である請求項2の変位測定装置。
- 前記変位は、直線変位である請求項2の変位測定装置。
- 前記変位は、回転変位と直線変位を含む複合変位である請求項2の変位測定装置。
- 前記制御部は、巡回させる度に画像を360゜/巡回数回転させる請求項3又は請求項5の変位測定装置。
- 前記変位検出パターンは、中心部に芯出しパターンとしての円パターン、角度検出用のパターンとして前記円パターンの周囲に、該円パターンと同心に配設された線分パターンを有する請求項3又は請求項5の変位測定装置。
