Claims (3)
- シャンク先端とチップとの間に生ずる肩部がシャンクの一方の側面にのみ設けられて他方の側面がストレート形状のホルダ先端のクランプ部にチップを固定した旋削工具において、
上記ホルダのストレート形状の側面側先端に丸駒チップが固定され、ホルダのシャンク先端の肩部からの当該丸駒チップまでの突出長さを、前記チップにワークの回転中心軸と平行な方向及び当該方向と直交するワーク加工時の背分力方向に5kgの荷重をかけたときの前記チップの変位が8μm以下かつ当該両方向の変位の差が4μm以下となる長さとしたことを特徴とする、真球加工用の旋削工具。 - 丸駒チップがノーズR2〜5mmの丸駒チップである、請求項1記載の旋削工具。
- NC旋盤の刃物台に請求項1又は2記載の旋削工具を装着し、当該旋削工具を用いて加工した球面のワークの回転中心軸と平行な方向であるZ軸方向と当該方向と直交するワーク加工時の背分力方向であるX軸方向との寸法差を計測し、その寸法差に相当する補正値を前記旋盤のNC装置に設定し、真球加工を実行するときにX軸方向又はZ軸方向の刃物台の送り指令値を当該設定した補正値で補正することを特徴とする、旋盤における真球加工方法。
