Claims (7)
- 板ガラスの端面を加工具で加工する板ガラス加工装置であって、
前記加工具を回転可能に支持するアーム部材と、前記アーム部材を回動可能に支持する支持軸部材と、前記加工具が前記板ガラスの端面を押圧する力を前記アーム部材に生じさせるサーボ機構とを備え、
前記サーボ機構は、回動軸を有するととともに、前記アーム部材を前記支持軸部材のまわりに回動可能に駆動するサーボモータと、加工開始時において前記加工具が前記板ガラスに接触したときに、前記サーボモータの前記回動軸の速度及びトルクのフィードバック制御を行う制御部とを備える板ガラス加工装置。 - 前記サーボ機構は、前記サーボモータの前記回動軸と前記アーム部材とを連結するリンク機構を備える請求項1に記載の板ガラス加工装置。
- 前記サーボ機構は、前記加工具による加工を終了するときに前記サーボモータの前記回動軸の位置のフィードバック制御を行う制御部をさらに備える請求項1又は2に記載の板ガラス加工装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記板ガラスの加工の実行中に、前記サーボモータの前記回動軸の速度制御とトルク制御との割合を変化させることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の板ガラス加工装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記板ガラスの加工開始時に速度制御比率を相対的に大きくし、その後トルク制御比率を相対的に大きくすることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の板ガラス加工装置。
- 前記アーム部材を係止するストッパを有することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の板ガラス加工装置。
- 前記板ガラスは、矩形の板形状であり、
前記加工具は、前記板ガラスの前記端面を研削する砥石である請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の板ガラス加工装置。
