Description
In the present invention, when the film roll is transported overseas, deformation of the paper box is less likely to occur due to condensation in the container, and the paper core strength of the roll is reduced due to moisture absorption and deformation of the winding core is less likely to occur due to impact during transportation. It relates to a film roll package.
Film roll products that are loaded on ships and exported do not often recover packaging materials, and they use paper cores or paper boxes that mainly use paper as a raw material, not high strength plastic core cores. In addition, pallets are not made of plastic, and heat-treated wooden pallets are common.
Usually, the transport of packages by ship is transported in containers, but when it is moved to a relatively low temperature during a hot and humid season, or when the containers are placed in the containers in such areas, Condensation occurs inside. The product contained in the paper box may be deformed by the absorption of water from the paper box, and the box may be deformed to come into contact with the film product, which adversely affects the roll appearance, and the strength of the paper core is reduced by moisture absorption. The core may be deformed by the impact of the vertical movement during unloading and transportation, and the product roll suspended in the cardboard box may fall off.
With regard to the moisture absorption prevention technology for film roll products, for example, Patent Document 1 proposes covering the film roll product with a plastic film on which a metal film or an inorganic oxide film is laminated, and encapsulating a desiccant. , It can not be solved about moisture absorption prevention of the paper box which put the film roll.
Moreover, according to patent document 2, although the description regarding the package which fixed the laminated body of the winding body on a pallet using a stretch film is mentioned, it can not solve regarding water absorption of a laminated body, and moisture absorption. .
The present invention has been made in view of the above situation, and the problem to be solved is that deformation of the paper box is less likely to occur due to condensation in the container, and the paper core strength of the roll is lowered due to moisture absorption. An object of the present invention is to provide a film roll package in which deformation of a core is less likely to occur due to impact or the like.
MEANS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM As a result of earnestly examining in view of the said subject, the present inventors discover that the said subject can be easily solved with the film roll package which has a specific structure, and came to complete this invention.
That is, the gist of the present invention, pay film roll wound with a plastic film to the paper core, and a paper box placed on the pallet, it is laid above and below the paper box and the paper box vertical and longer than the lateral dimension, and the plastic film or sheet having a thickness of 5 to 500 [mu] m, the pallet height paper box wound with the pallet on the side surface of the paper box and pallet so as to cover 20 to 90 percent The invention relates to a transport film roll package comprising a stretch film to be fixed.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a film roll packaged body in which the paper core strength is unlikely to decrease due to deformation of the paper box due to condensation or moisture absorption, and the paper core deformation due to poor appearance of the film roll or impact during transportation. It is possible to prevent the film roll from falling off, and the industrial value of the present invention is high.
The package of the present invention comprises 1) film rolls housed in a paper box, 2) plastic films or sheets positioned above and below the paper box, 3) stretch film, and 4) pallets.
As the paper box, a rectangular cardboard box having a laminated structure obtained by processing a paperboard into a corrugated shape is generally used. The paper core is a tube processed using paper as a main raw material, and one having an inner diameter of 3 to 10 inches is used. The film roll is a polymer plastic film wound around a paper core with a constant width. Examples of the polymer film include polyester film, polyethylene film, nylon film, polypropylene film, polyimide film and the like. The weight of the film roll is 50 to 1000 kg, and both ends of the paper core are supported by the brim and the paper roll is placed in a paper box in a suspended state.
The plastic films or sheets located above and below the paper box have a thickness of 5 to 500 μm. If it is less than 5 μm, the unevenness of the surface of the wooden pallet makes the holes easy to open. On the other hand, when it exceeds 500 μm, the rigidity of the film becomes strong and it becomes difficult to cover the box of rectangular parallelepiped.
The type of plastic film is not particularly limited, but is a polyester film, a polyethylene film, a polypropylene film, and more preferably a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet capable of controlling the moisture contained in a paper box.
Examples of the moisture-permeable and moisture-proof sheet include a moisture-permeable and waterproof sheet A and a moisture-permeable and waterproof sheet B defined in JIS A6111.
If there are no plastic films or sheets longer than the vertical and horizontal dimensions of the paper box above and below the paper box, condensation water generated in the container will adhere to the paper box and the box may deform or the core strength may decrease. Occur.
Also, the size of the plastic film or sheet located above and below the paper box should be longer than the vertical and horizontal dimensions of the paper box. If the size of the plastic film or sheet is shorter than either the vertical or horizontal dimension of the paper box, the condensation water generated in the container adheres to the paper box or water droplets collected on the container floor pass through the wooden pallet. It is absorbed by the paper box and can not prevent the deformation of the box and the strength reduction of the paper core. Furthermore, the size of the film or sheet located at the bottom of the paper box is preferably slightly longer than the vertical and horizontal dimensions of the pallet.
The stretch film is preferably a linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) film having a width of about 300 to 2000 mm and a thickness of about 10 to 30 μm.
When the pallet and the side of the paper box are wound and fixed, 20 to 90%, preferably 30 to 80% of the side height of the pallet is covered. If it is less than 20%, the fixation between the paper box and the pallet may be incomplete, and a lateral shake may cause a load collapse when it is applied to the package. On the other hand, if it rolls over 90%, it will become difficult to insert the fork of a forklift into a pallet, and a cargo handling will be troubled.
Pallets are made of wooden pallets or plastic pallets. If the pallets are strong enough to support the weight of the loaded load, they do not particularly stick to the material, but wooden pallets are often used for export.
Next, the film roll package for transfer of the present invention will be specifically described, but it is not particularly limited to the following examples as long as the constituent requirements of the present invention are satisfied.
The roll accommodated in the paper box among the transport film roll package of the present invention is slit at a predetermined film width and length and wound up on a paper core. After winding up, attach the tape and fix the film, and attach a label showing the product name and lot as necessary. After that, before covering the roll with a plastic film to prevent dust, before covering with a plastic film, if necessary, cover the roll with a metal vapor-deposited film on one side or a laminated film of metal foil to prevent moisture absorption. Good.
When the weight of the roll exceeds 100 kg, it is preferable to fit a plastic cylindrical cap having the same inside diameter and outside diameter of the paper core at both ends of the paper core in order to supplement the strength of the paper core. The cylindrical length of the plastic cylindrical cap is usually 50 to 200 mm, and the thickness of the cylinder is usually 5 to 20 mm.
In the paper box, both ends of the paper core are supported by collars and the film roll is suspended in a suspended state. Also, the space between the collar and the paper box is filled with a wooden or cardboard pad. A hygroscopic agent may be placed in the paper box if desired.
The state in which the film roll is contained in a paper box is schematically shown in FIG.
The pallet may be placed on a turntable and covered with a plastic film or sheet which is longer than the vertical and horizontal dimensions of the paper box, and the part extending beyond the pallet may be taped to the pallet. Next, the paper box containing the roll is placed. The paper box may be one or more, or may be stacked in two stages. Then cover the top of the paper box with a plastic film or sheet that is longer than the vertical and horizontal dimensions of the paper box. The portion of the box protruding may be fixed to the box with tape. When placing multiple paper boxes, use a plastic film or sheet that is longer than the sum of the vertical and horizontal dimensions. Also, if necessary, a hygroscopic agent may be placed on the pallet.
Finally, fix the edge of the scratch film to the pallet and wind it around the pallet and paper box while rotating the turntable. At that time, the box and the pallet are fixed by winding while moving up and down while stretching the stretch film a little while applying appropriate tension.
The schematic diagram of the cross section of the package produced in this way is shown in FIG.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail by way of examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples as long as the gist thereof is not exceeded.
The percentage of covering the pallet height of the stretch film is defined as follows. Calculate the average value by determining the maximum height and minimum height at which the stretch film is wound on the four sides of the side of the pallet. Let the percentage of the pallet height of the average value be the percentage of covering the pallet height of the stretch film.
Example 1:
A 12 μm thick biaxially stretched polyester film produced by sequential biaxial stretching method was wound on a paper core of 1005 mm in length and 3 inches in inner diameter by a slit machine with a width of 1000 mm and a length of 4000 m to form a film roll. The film weight of the roll was 68 kg. Next, the roll was covered with a polyethylene tube, and plastic cylindrical caps were inserted at both ends of the paper core, supported by a collar, and placed in a cardboard box 500 mm long, 500 mm high, and 1200 m wide.
A wooden pallet with a height of 1300 mm, a width of 1400 mm and a height of 180 mm was placed on a turntable. Then, a polyester film having a width of 1500 mm and a length of 1.5 m was laid on 12 μm, and a cardboard box 500 mm long, 500 mm high, and 1200 m wide was placed in two rows in two rows on which a film roll was placed.
Example 2:
Using a slitting machine, a 25 μm thick biaxially stretched polyester film produced by successive biaxial stretching method was wound on a paper core having a 635 inner diameter by a slit machine to form a film roll with a width of 1575 mm and a length of 6000 m. The film weight of the roll was 334 kg. Next, it was covered with a moisture-proof sheet of aluminum laminate, and the roll was further covered with a polyethylene tube. Then, in order to increase the strength of the paper core, plastic cylindrical caps were inserted at both ends, supported by a collar and stored in a cardboard box 560 mm long, 560 mm high, and 1670 m wide.
A wooden pallet with a length of 600 mm, a width of 1740 mm and a height of 190 mm was placed on a turntable. Then, a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet defined by JISA 6111 with a thickness of 0.2 mm, a width of 1000 mm and a length of 2 m was laid, and a cardboard box 560 mm long, 560 mm high and 1670 m wide, on which a film roll was placed, was placed. The upper part of the paper box was covered with a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet B defined by JIS A 6111 with a thickness of 0.2 mm, a width of 1000 mm, and a length of 2 m, and several places were taped to the box.
Next, an edge of a scratch film having a thickness of 20 μm and a width of 500 mm was fixed to the pallet, and then wound around the pallet and a paper box while rotating the rotating table. At that time, the box and the pallet were fixed by winding while moving up and down while stretching the stretch film a little while applying appropriate tension. Fifty percent of the side of the pallet was covered with scratch film.

The film roll package was put into a container, and the evaluation results of the package after being transported by sea over 1000 km are summarized in Table 1 below.
In Examples 1 and 2, the appearance of the package stored in the warehouse after sea transport and the film roll inside the paper box were not abnormal. In particular, in Example 2, although the weight of the film roll exceeded 300 kg, no deformation of the paper box or deformation of the paper core occurred. On the other hand, in Comparative Examples 1 and 2, since the plastic film or the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet was not placed on the upper and lower sides of the paper box, an abnormality occurred in the appearance of the package. In Comparative Example 3, since the ratio of the side surface height of the stretch film wound around the side surface of the pallet is less than 20%, the package moves when pressed by hand in the horizontal direction, and there is a concern about the load collapse. In Comparative Example 4, the fork of the forklift could not be inserted into the pallet, causing a problem in cargo handling.
The film roll package for transfer of the present invention can be suitably used, for example, as a film roll package when loaded in a container and transported by sea.
