Claims (6)
- 光検出領域を有するイメージセンサと、
前記光検出領域を覆うように、前記イメージセンサ上に配置されているファイバオプティカルプレートと、
ファイバオプティカルプレート上に配置されているシンチレータと、
前記イメージセンサと、前記ファイバオプティカルプレートと、前記シンチレータとを収容しているケースと、を備え、
前記ファイバオプティカルプレートは、
前記イメージセンサと対向していると共に、多角形状を呈している第一主面と、
前記シンチレータと対向していると共に、多角形状を呈している第二主面と、
前記第一主面の縁と前記第二主面の縁とを連結している複数の側面と、を有し、
前記第二主面の前記縁は、複数の角部と、互いに隣り合う前記角部を連結している複数の辺部とで構成されており、
前記シンチレータは、各前記角部と、互いに隣り合う前記側面で構成される各稜部とが露出するように、前記第二主面と前記複数の側面とに設けられている、口腔内センサ。 - 前記シンチレータは、CsIを主成分とするシンチレータ材料からなる、請求項1に記載の口腔内センサ。
- 前記イメージセンサと、前記ファイバオプティカルプレートと、前記シンチレータとを含む構造体と、前記ケースとの間に配置され、前記構造体と接触する緩衝材を更に備える、請求項1又は2に記載の口腔内センサ。
- イメージセンサとファイバオプティカルプレートとシンチレータとを含む構造体と、前記構造体を収容しているケースとを備える口腔内センサの製造方法であって、
前記ファイバオプティカルプレートとして、
多角形状を呈している第一主面と、前記第一主面と対向していると共に多角形状を呈している第二主面と、前記第一主面の縁と前記第二主面の縁とを連結している複数の側面と、を有し、
前記第二主面の前記縁が、複数の角部と、互いに隣り合う前記角部を連結している複数の辺部とで構成されている、ファイバオプティカルプレートを準備し、
前記シンチレータを、各前記角部と、互いに隣り合う前記側面で構成される各稜部とが露出するように、前記第二主面と前記複数の側面とに設ける、口腔内センサの製造方法。 - 前記シンチレータを設ける際に、
前記ファイバオプティカルプレートを支持する治具で、前記複数の角部を覆い、
前記治具をマスクとして、前記シンチレータを構成するシンチレータ材料を蒸着する、請求項4に記載の口腔内センサの製造方法。 - 前記シンチレータ材料は、CsIを主成分とする、請求項5に記載の口腔内センサの製造方法。
