Abstract
【解決手段】衣類100等の対象物に取り付けられ、相手コネクタ9と着脱可能に嵌合するコネクタ1であって、屈曲性を有する絶縁体で構成された板状のハウジング10と、ハウジング10に屈曲性を許容するように配設され、相手コネクタ9に対する嵌合状態を磁力により保持する保持部材20と、ハウジング10に、少なくとも保持部材20の一部を被覆した状態で装着され、対象物に縫い付け等の取付け手段によって取り付けられる可撓性のシート30と、シート30に配設された導電性のコンタクト40と、を備える。

Description
まず、第1の実施形態の構成について説明する。
図1及び図2に示すように、本発明の第1の実施形態に係るコネクタ1は、屈曲性を有する絶縁体で構成された板状のハウジング10と、ハウジング10に該ハウジング10の屈曲性を許容するように配設された磁性体からなる4個の保持部材20と、ハウジング10を被覆した状態に該ハウジング10に装着される可撓性のシート30と、シート30に配設された導電性のコンタクト40と、を備えている。

Claims (7)
- 所定対象物に取り付けられ、相手コネクタと着脱可能に嵌合するコネクタであって、
屈曲性を有する絶縁体で構成された板状のハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに、前記屈曲性を許容するように配設され、前記相手コネクタに対する嵌合状態を磁力により保持する保持部材と、
前記ハウジングに、少なくとも前記保持部材の一部を被覆した状態で装着され、前記対象物に取付け手段によって取り付けられる可撓性のシートと、
前記シートに配設された導電性のコンタクトと、を備えることを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 前記コンタクトは、前記シートの表面に、導電性インクによるコーティング層として帯状に形成され、前記コンタクトの中間部分を屈曲部として、前記シートが前記表面の反対面である裏面を対向させるようにして折り畳まれていることにより、前記コンタクトが、前記ハウジングの一方の板面側と他方の板面側とに配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記シートは、前記ハウジングを包むようにして折り畳まれた状態で前記ハウジングに装着されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記シートは、前記ハウジングが収納される収納凹所を備え、前記シートは、前記収納凹所に前記ハウジングを収納した状態で前記ハウジングに装着されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記シートは、前記ハウジングに装着された状態で該ハウジングの周囲に鍔部を有するとともに、前記鍔部に前記コンタクトの少なくとも一部が配設されており、前記シートは、前記鍔部を介して前記取付け手段により前記対象物に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記取付け手段は、縫付糸による縫い付けであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタと、該コネクタと嵌合する相手コネクタとを備えたコネクタ組立体であって、
前記相手コネクタは、相手ハウジングと、前記相手ハウジングに設けられた導電性の相手コンタクトと、前記相手ハウジングに設けられた磁石を有する相手保持部材と、を備え、
前記コネクタと前記相手コネクタが嵌合する際、前記コンタクトと前記相手コンタクトとが接触するとともに、前記保持部材と前記相手保持部材とが磁力により引き付け合って嵌合状態を保持することを特徴とするコネクタ組立体。
