Description
Claims (9)
- 尿に晒されると変化した電気特性を呈示するように構成される尿検知回路と、
膀胱充満レベルにより変化する少なくとも1つのパラメータを判定するために着用者の前記膀胱の測定を実行するように構成される測定回路と、
ユーザの皮膚に近接している場合は第1の電気特性若しくは応答を呈示し、ユーザの皮膚から離れている場合は第2の電気特性若しくは応答を呈示するように構成され皮膚近接センサと、
前記尿検知回路が尿に晒されているかどうかを判定し、前記尿検知回路が尿に晒されていることを判定することに応じて、前記測定回路により判定された前記少なくとも1つのパラメータを表すデータを記録するように構成される処理回路とを備え、
前記尿検知回路が、
無線信号を送信する送信機と、
アノードとして機能する第1の電極及びカソードとして機能する第2の電極を有し、尿に晒されたときに、前記送信機から前記無線信号を送信させる電力を供給するための電流を生成するように構成される部分とを備え、
前記処理回路及び前記尿検知回路が、直流的に分離され、
前記処理回路が、
前記尿検知回路からの前記無線信号の受信に応じて、前記データを記録するように構成され、さらに、
前記皮膚近接センサの変化した電気特性又は応答に基づいて前記皮膚近接センサと前記ユーザの皮膚との間の分離を検出することに応じて、前記測定回路により判定された第1のパラメータを表すとともに分離の検出時若しくは検出前の第1の時点における膀胱充満レベルを示すデータを記録し、前記測定回路により判定された第2のパラメータを表すとともに前記第1の時点よりも後の第2の時点における膀胱充満レベルを示すデータを記録するように構成されることによって、尿閉を検出する、失禁を監視するシステム。 - 前記処理回路は、前記少なくとも1つの判定されたパラメータに基づいて前記膀胱充満レベルを推定するように更に構成される請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記処理回路は、前記記録されたデータで表される前記少なくとも1つの判定されたパラメータに基づいて膀胱充満閾値を判定するように更に構成される請求項1又は請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記処理回路は、前記記録されたデータで表される前記少なくとも1つの判定されたパラメータと以前に判定された膀胱充満閾値とに基づいて膀胱充満閾値を判定するように更に構成される請求項1又は請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記処理回路は、前記少なくとも1つの判定されたパラメータに基づいて膀胱充満レベルを示す信号を提供するように構成される請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- マイクロホン、温度センサ、皮膚接触センサ、加速度計又は高度計の少なくとも1つ又はそれらの組み合わせを更に備える請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記測定回路が前記膀胱のインピーダンスを測定する及び/又は前記膀胱の寸法の超音波測定を実行するように構成される請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記処理回路は前記尿検知回路が尿に晒されていることを判定することに応じて、時間データを記録するように更に構成される請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記処理回路は、排尿事象を検出することに続いて、前記排尿事象の前記検出に応じて記録された前記データで表される前記少なくとも1つのパラメータと、前記排尿事象の前記検出後の時点に前記測定回路により判定されたパラメータとの間の比較を実行するように更に構成される請求項1から請求項8のいずれかに記載のシステム。
