Description
本願は特許請求の範囲に記載の発明に係るものであるが、本願の開示は以下も包含する:
1.
有価もしくはセキュリティ製品(600)のセキュリティ標識(160)の製造方法であって、セキュリティ標識(160)は、少なくとも一つのパターン(150)によって形成され、及び次のプロセスステップ、すなわち
(a)着色剤を供した中間キャリア(200)を用意し、ここで、着色剤は、それぞれ、少なくとも一種の染料及び/または少なくとも一種の顔料を含む粒子、及びポリマーでできたバインダーを含むステップ;
(b)着色剤の少なくとも一部を、中間キャリア(200)からポリマー層(300)の表面(310)上にそれぞれ転写し、この際、着色剤層(100)が各々のポリマー層(300)上に形成され、ここで、ポリマー層(300)は、それぞれ少なくとも一種の材料から製造され、この材料は、ポリカーボネート及びポリエチレンテレフタレートを含む群から選択されるステップ;及び
(c)少なくとも一種の染料及び/または少なくとも一種の顔料を粒子から放出させて、各々のポリマー層(300)の上にパターン(150)を形成するために、エネルギーを、着色剤層(100)の少なくとも一部に、局所的に導入するステップ、
を含む、前記方法。

有価もしくはセキュリティ製品(600)のセキュリティ標識(160)の製造方法であって、セキュリティ標識(160)は、少なくとも一つのパターン(150)によって形成され、及び次のプロセスステップ、すなわち
(a)着色剤を供した中間キャリア(200)を用意し、ここで、着色剤は、少なくとも一種の染料及び/または少なくとも一種の顔料、並びにポリマーでできたバインダーを含むステップ;
(b)着色剤の少なくとも一部を、中間キャリア(200)からポリマー層(300)の表面(310)上にそれぞれ転写し、この際、着色剤層(100)が各々のポリマー層(300)上に形成され、ここで、ポリマー層(300)は、それぞれ少なくとも一種の材料から製造され、この材料は、ポリカーボネート及びポリエチレンテレフタレートを含む群から選択されるステップ;及び
(c)各々着色剤層(100)が設けられた少なくとも一つのポリマー層(300)並びに少なくとも一つのカバー層(360)を一緒にしてスタック(350)とし、そうしてカバー層(360)が、着色剤層(100)を観察者に対して隠すようにするステップ;(d)少なくとも一つのポリマー層(300)と少なくとも一つのカバー層(360)とを接合して積層体とするステップ;及び
(e)積層体中にエネルギーを局所的に導入して、そうして、パターン(150)が形成されつつ、着色剤層(100)の少なくとも一部が観察者に認知可能となるステップ、
を含む、前記方法。

上記1または2に記載の、有価もしくはセキュリティ製品(600)のセキュリティ標識(160)を製造する方法であって、着色剤層(100)が、ラスタ状に配置されたパターン要素(110)の形で形成されることを特徴とする、前記方法。

上記1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の、有価もしくはセキュリティ製品(600)のセキュリティ標識(160)を製造する方法であって、ポリカーボネートが、ビス(ヒドロキシフェニル)−メタン−誘導体を含む群からのジオールを用いて形成されることを特徴とする、前記方法。

上記1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の、有価もしくはセキュリティ製品(600)のセキュリティ標識(160)を製造する方法であって、異なる染料及び/または顔料によって異なっている少なくとも二種の着色剤が、規則的なまたは不規則的な配列で、少なくとも一つのポリマー層(300)上に転写されることを特徴とする、前記方法。

上記1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の、有価もしくはセキュリティ製品(600)のセキュリティ標識(160)を製造する方法であって、着色剤が印刷用着色料または印刷インキであることを特徴とする、前記方法。

上記1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の、有価もしくはセキュリティ製品(600)のセキュリティ標識(160)を製造する方法であって、着色剤が、インクジェット印刷法によって中間キャリア(200)上に施用されることを特徴とする、上記方法。

上記1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の、有価もしくはセキュリティ製品(600)のセキュリティ標識(160)の製造方法であって、着色剤層(100)が、着色剤層(100)が設けられた少なくとも一つのポリマー層(300)と、並びに場合によっては更に別のポリマー層(320、330、340、360)とによって形成されたポリマーボディの内部に存在することを特徴とする、前記方法。

上記1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の、有価もしくはセキュリティ製品(600)のセキュリティ標識(160)を製造する方法であって、エネルギーが、レーザー放射線(L)を用いて局所的に導入されることを特徴とする、前記方法。
10.
パターン(150)を備えた有価もしくはセキュリティ製品(600)を製造する方法であって、次のプロセスステップ:
(a)着色剤を供した中間キャリア(200)を用意し、ここで、着色剤は、それぞれ、少なくとも一種の染料及び/または少なくとも一種の顔料を含む粒子、並びにポリマーでできたバインダーを含むステップ;
(b)着色剤の少なくとも一部を、中間キャリア(200)からポリマー層(300)の表面(310)上にそれぞれ転写し、この際、着色剤層(100)が各々のポリマー層(300)上に形成され、ここで、ポリマー層(300)は、それぞれ少なくとも一種の材料から製造され、この材料は、ポリカーボネート及びポリエチレンテレフタレートを含む群から選択されるステップ;
(c)着色剤層(100)を設けた少なくとも一つのポリマー層(300)並びに更に別のポリマー層(320、330、340、360)を一緒にしてスタック(350)とするステップ;
(d)全てのポリマー層(300、320、330、340、360)を接合して積層体とするステップ;及び
(e)少なくとも一種の染料及び/または少なくとも一種の顔料を粒子から放出させて、少なくとも一つのポリマー層(300)の上にパターン(150)を形成するために、エネルギーを、着色剤層(100)の少なくとも一部に、局所的に導入するステップ、
を含む、前記方法。
11.
上記10に記載の、有価もしくはセキュリティ製品(600)を製造する方法であって、着色剤層(100)が、ラスタ状に配置されたパターン要素(110)の形で形成されることを特徴とする、前記方法。

Claims (8)
- 有価もしくはセキュリティ製品(600)のセキュリティ標識(160)の製造方法であって、セキュリティ標識(160)は、少なくとも一つのパターン(150)によって形成され、及び次のプロセスステップ、すなわち
(a)着色剤を供した中間キャリア(200)を用意し、ここで、着色剤は、少なくとも一種の染料及び/または少なくとも一種の顔料、並びにポリマーでできたバインダーを含むステップ;
(b)着色剤の少なくとも一部を、中間キャリア(200)からポリマー層(300)の表面(310)上にそれぞれ転写し、この際、着色剤層(100)が各々のポリマー層(300)上に形成され、ここで、ポリマー層(300)は、それぞれ少なくとも一種の材料から製造され、この材料は、ポリカーボネート及びポリエチレンテレフタレートを含む群から選択されるステップ;及び
(c)各々着色剤層(100)が設けられた少なくとも一つのポリマー層(300)並びに少なくとも一つのカバー層(360)を一緒にしてスタック(350)とし、そうしてカバー層(360)が、着色剤層(100)を観察者に対して隠すようにするステップ;(d)少なくとも一つのポリマー層(300)と少なくとも一つのカバー層(360)とを接合して積層体とするステップ;及び
(e)積層体中にエネルギーを局所的に導入して、そうして、パターン(150)が形成されつつ、着色剤層(100)の少なくとも一部が観察者に認知可能となるステップ、
を含む、前記方法。 - 着色剤層(100)が、ラスタ状に配置されたパターン要素(110)の形で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポリカーボネートが、ビス(ヒドロキシフェニル)−メタン−誘導体を含む群からのジオールを用いて形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 異なる染料及び/または顔料によって異なっている少なくとも二種の着色剤が、規則的なまたは不規則的な配列で、少なくとも一つのポリマー層(300)上に転写されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 着色剤が印刷用着色料または印刷インキであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 着色剤が、インクジェット印刷法によって中間キャリア(200)上に施用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 着色剤層(100)が、着色剤層(100)が設けられた少なくとも一つのポリマー層(300)と、並びに場合によっては更に別のポリマー層(320、330、340、360)とによって形成されたポリマーボディの内部に存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- エネルギーが、レーザー放射線(L)を用いて局所的に導入されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
