図1〜4は順に本発明のロータの製造方法を説明したフロー図である。詳細には、図1〜3は順にロータの製造方法の第1のステップを説明した模式図であり、図4はロータの製造方法の第2のステップを説明した模式図であり、図5は図4のV−V矢視図である。
Claims (1)
- モータを構成するロータの製造方法であって、
直方体状の磁石に対し、ロータに開設されたスロット内への磁石挿入方向に沿ってスリットを少なくとも三つ設けた後、磁石の保磁力を高める改質合金を該磁石に拡散浸透させ、各割断磁石が少なくとも一本のスリットを有するように割断用スリットを選択し、各割断用スリットに沿って磁石を割断して少なくとも二つの割断磁石を製作する第1のステップ、
ロータに開設されたスロットに前記割断磁石の少なくとも一つを挿入し、モールド樹脂をスロットに注入して該割断磁石をスロット内に固定してロータを製造する第2のステップ、からなるロータの製造方法。
