Description
図1の全体構成図を参照して、本発明に係るモータ制御装置MCSを備えた制動制御装置BCSについて説明する。制動制御装置BCSを備える車両には、制動操作部材BP、操作量取得手段BPA、車速取得手段VXA、制御手段CTL、マスタシリンダMCL、ストロークシミュレータSSM、シミュレータ遮断弁VSM、モータ制御装置MCS、トルク付与機構TFK、切替弁VKR、マスタシリンダ配管HMC、ホイールシリンダ配管HWC、加圧シリンダ配管HKCが備えられる。さらに、車両の各々の車輪WHには、ブレーキキャリパCRP、ホイールシリンダWC、回転部材KTB、及び、摩擦部材MSBが備えられている。
モータ制御装置MCSは、トルク付与機構TFKを駆動する。モータ制御装置MCSは、制御手段CTL、駆動回路DRV、及び、電気モータMTRにて構成される。
トルク付与機構TFKは、モータ制御装置MCSを動力源として、加圧シリンダ配管HKCに制動液を排出(圧送)する。そして、圧送された制動液圧によって、トルク付与機構TFKは、車輪WHに制動トルク(制動力)を付与する。トルク付与機構TFKは、動力伝達機構DDK、出力ロッドSFQ、加圧シリンダKCL、加圧ピストンPKC、及び、液圧取得手段PCAにて構成される。
図2の回路図を参照して、3相ブラシレスモータ(単に、電気モータともいう)MTR、及び、その駆動回路DRVについて説明する。
図3の機能ブロック図を参照して、制御手段(コントローラ)CTLでの処理について説明する。制御手段CTLによって、6つのスイッチング素子SU1、SU2、SV1、SV2、SW1、SW2を駆動するための信号(駆動信号)Su1、Su2、Sv1、Sv2、Sw1、Sw2が演算される。制御手段CTLは、指示液圧演算ブロックPCS、目標液圧演算ブロックPWT、指示通電量演算ブロックIMS、液圧フィードバック制御ブロックPFB、搖動制御ブロックFLC、目標通電量演算ブロックIMT、及び、スイッチング制御ブロックSWTにて構成される。
図4のフロー図を参照して、搖動制御ブロックFLCにおける、搖動制御の要否判定処理について説明する。搖動制御の要否判定では、「搖動制御の実行を許可するか、否か(禁止するか)」が判定される。
図5のフロー図を参照して、搖動制御ブロックFLCにおける搖動制御の処理について説明する。「搖動制御」は、「車両が停止している場合に、制動操作量Bpaが一定であり、トルク付与機構TFKが発生する力と、トルク付与機構TFKが受ける力とが均衡して電気モータMTRの回転運動が停止した後に、制動操作量Bpaが一定の状態が継続された場合であっても、電気モータMTRの回転運動を周期的に増減する制御」であるが、この制御を実行するための、制御開始処理、及び、搖動通電量Ifcの演算について説明する。なお、搖動制御の効果が減ぜられないよう、その実行中には、液圧フィードバック制御は禁止されている。
図6の時系列線図を参照して、搖動制御の作用・効果について説明する。ここで、運転者は、車両が停止した後に、制動操作量を増加し、その操作状態を維持している状況を想定している。
次に、図7の全体構成図を参照して、本発明に係るモータ制御装置MCSを備えた制動制御装置BCSについて説明する。第1の実施形態(図1を参照)では、トルク付与機構TFKは、制動液を介して、車輪WHに制動トルク(制動力)を付与するが、第2の実施形態では、制動液を介さず、直接、機械的に制動トルク(制動力)を付与する点で相違する。したがって、第2の実施形態の説明では、第1の実施形態と相違する部分について主に説明する。なお、第1の実施形態と同一符号が付されたものは、同一部材、同一信号であるため、重複説明は省略される。
Claims (1)
- 車両の車輪に制動トルクを付与する付与機構を駆動し、3つのコイルを有する電気モータと、
前記3つのコイルに個別に電流を供給する駆動回路と、
前記車両の制動操作部材の操作量に基づいて前記駆動回路を制御して、前記電気モータの出力を調整するコントローラと、
を備える車両のモータ制御装置であって、
前記電気モータの回転角を検出する回転角センサを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記車両が停止している場合に、
前記操作量が一定であり、前記付与機構が発生する力と前記付与機構が受ける力とが均衡して前記電気モータの回転運動が停止した後に、
前記操作量が一定の状態が継続されても前記電気モータの回転運動を周期的に増減する搖動制御を実行し、
前記コントローラは、
前記電気モータの回転運動が停止した時点の前記回転角を基準角として設定し、
前記基準角に基づいて、前記付与機構が発生する力が増加する側に上限角を設定し、
前記回転角が、前記基準角から前記上限角までの範囲内で前記搖動制御を実行する、車両のモータ制御装置。
