Claims (3)
- 塩分が含まれた凍結防止剤が少なくとも付着した鋼橋を対象とした鋼橋用ブラスト方法であって、
前記鋼橋に対して素地調整するための研削材がステンレス鋼製であり、
該ステンレス鋼製の研削材を投射する工程と、
投射した研削材を回収する工程と、
回収した研削材を再度投射する工程と
を含み、
さらに、回収した前記研削材を水洗することで前記研削材に付着した、塩分を含む凍結防止剤を除去する工程と、
水洗した研削材を乾燥させる工程と
を含み、
再度投射する研削材は、乾燥させた後の研削材である
ことを特徴とする鋼橋用ブラスト方法。 - 前記投射した研削材を回収する工程は、
投射した研削材を含む粉塵を吸引し、研削材のみを分別して回収する
請求項1に記載の鋼橋用ブラスト方法。 - 研削材のみを分別して回収する工程は、
磁性体に研削材のみを磁着させて回収する
請求項2に記載の鋼橋用ブラスト方法。
