Description
尚、液管接続部53aやガス管接続部54aは、各冷媒配管が溶接やフレアナット等により接続されている。
尚、以上説明した室外機制御手段200と室内機制御手段500a〜500cとで、本発明の制御手段が構成される。
冷房運転指示でなければ(ST1−No)、CPU210は、暖房運転の開始処理である暖房運転開始処理を実行する(ST11)。ここで、暖房運転開始処理とは、CPU210が四方弁22を操作して冷媒回路100を暖房サイクルとすることであり、空気調和装置1が停止している状態から暖房運転を開始するとき、もしくは、冷房運転から暖房運転に切り替えられる際に行われる処理である。
以上説明したST4〜ST7までの処理が、本発明の冷媒量バランス制御に関わる処理である。

Claims (1)
- 室外機と、室内熱交換器と室内膨張弁を有する複数台の室内機と、前記室内熱交換器の各々が蒸発器として機能しているときに同室内熱交換器の各々から流出する冷媒の過熱度である冷媒過熱度を検出する過熱度検出手段と、前記複数個の室内膨張弁の開度を調整する制御手段を有する空気調和装置であって、
前記制御手段は、前記過熱度検出手段が検出した前記各室内機の冷媒過熱度の中の最大値と最小値を平均して平均冷媒過熱度を求め、前記各室内機の冷媒過熱度の中の最大値と最小値の差である冷媒過熱度差を求め、求めた同冷媒過熱度差が予め定められた閾過熱度差より大きければ、複数の前記室内機のうち冷房能力が発揮できていない室内機が存在すると判断し、前記冷房能力が発揮できていない室内機が存在する場合は、前記各室内機の冷媒過熱度が前記平均冷媒過熱度となるように、前記各室内膨張弁の開度を調整する冷媒量バランス制御を実行する、
ことを特徴とする空気調和装置。
