Claims (5)
- 第1取付部材と、筒状の第2取付部材と、前記第1取付部材および前記第2取付部材とを連結すると共にゴム状弾性体から構成される防振基体と、前記防振基体との間に液体封入室を形成すると共にゴム状弾性体から構成されるダイヤフラムと、前記液体封入室を前記防振基体側の第1室および前記ダイヤフラム側の第2室に仕切る仕切部材と、前記第1室および第2室を連通させるオリフィスとを備えた液体封入式防振装置において、
前記ダイヤフラムの外縁部が連結される筒状の外嵌部材を備え、
前記外嵌部材は、その外嵌部材の内周面に前記ダイヤフラムが非連結とされる領域が前記仕切部材に外嵌され、
前記仕切部材は、外周面から径方向外側に突出すると共に外嵌された前記外嵌部材の軸方向端面が当接される突出部を備え、
前記仕切部材に前記外嵌部材が外嵌された状態で、前記第2取付部材に縮径加工が施されることを特徴とする液体封入式防振装置。 - 前記外嵌部材は、その外嵌部材の内周面に前記ダイヤフラムが非連結とされる領域の軸方向の寸法が、前記仕切部材の軸方向端面から突出部までの軸方向の寸法よりも大きな寸法に設定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液体封入式防振装置。
- 前記外嵌部材が外嵌される前記仕切部材の外周面には、凹部が凹設されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の液体封入式防振装置。
- 前記防振基体に連なると共に前記第2取付部材の内周面に配設されゴム状弾性体から構成される膜部を備え、
前記第2取付部材に縮径加工が施されると、前記仕切部材の突出部と前記外嵌部材とに前記膜部が密着されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の液体封入式防振装置。 - 前記外嵌部材の厚み寸法が、前記外嵌部材が外嵌される前記仕切部材の外周面からの前記突出部の突出寸法と同一の寸法または小さい寸法に設定されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の液体封入式防振装置。
