Description
Claims (5)
- 冷蔵庫本体内に形成され冷蔵温度帯及び冷凍温度帯の設定温度に切替可能な貯蔵室と、前記貯蔵室に貯蔵された食材の温度が最大氷結晶生成温度帯になると、最大氷結晶生成温度帯を維持する範囲内で前記食材の温度を変化させる制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、最大氷結晶生成温度帯を維持する範囲内で前記食材の温度を変化させた後、前記貯蔵室を連続又は断続して冷却することで、冷却を完全に停止する場合に比べて温度を緩やかに上昇させながら最大氷結晶生成温度帯から冷蔵温度帯へ前記食材の温度を昇温する冷蔵庫。 - 前記制御部は、冷却器で冷却された空気を前記貯蔵室へ送風するファンの回転数を変化させて最大氷結晶生成温度帯を維持する範囲内で前記食材の温度を変化させる請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記制御部は、冷却器に供給する冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機の回転数を変化させて最大氷結晶生成温度帯を維持する範囲内で前記食材の温度を変化させる請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記制御部は、冷却器で生成された空気を前記貯蔵室へ吹き出す吹出口に設けられたダンパの開度を変化させて最大氷結晶生成温度帯を維持する範囲内で前記食材の温度を変化させる請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 最大氷結晶生成温度帯を維持する範囲内で前記食材の温度を変化させる時間が変更可能である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の冷蔵庫。
