CB:東海カーボン(株)製のISFA シースト6
タルク:日本タルク(株)製の微粉タルク MICRO ACE P−3
液体塗布剤:伯東(株)製のハクレックスT−785、カーボンブラックを75質量%、NRラテックスを22質量%含有
ステアリン酸:日油(株)製のNAA−133
未加硫タイヤの製造後、サイドウォールジョイント部を中心とする範囲に、表1に示す各塗布剤を塗布した後、ベントホールを有さない加硫金型により、175℃、15分の条件で加硫工程を行い、ベアの発生頻度が比較的高いタイヤサイズである「265/70R17 13S」の空気入りタイヤを製造した。なお、粉体のみの塗布剤は打粉により、液体塗布剤は刷毛により塗布した。製造した空気入りタイヤについて下記の評価を行った。評価結果を表1に示す。
目視によりベアの発生したタイヤの数を測定し、ベアの発生率を算出した。各実施例および比較例における検査数、ベア発生数および発生率を表1に示す。
Claims (5)
- 未加硫タイヤ表面にカーボンブラックの含有量が70質量%以上である液体塗布剤を30g/m 2 以上塗布する塗布工程、および
塗布工程で得られた未加硫タイヤを加硫する加硫工程を含むタイヤ加硫方法。 - 未加硫タイヤ表面にカーボンブラック、タルク、シリカおよび焼成クレーからなる群から選ばれる1以上を含む無機粉体のみからなる塗布剤を塗布する塗布工程、および
塗布工程で得られた未加硫タイヤを加硫する加硫工程を含むタイヤ加硫方法。 - 無機粉体のみからなる塗布剤の塗布量が3g/m 2 以上である請求項2記載のタイヤ加硫方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ加硫方法を含むタイヤ製造方法。
- 請求項4記載のタイヤ製造方法により製造されたタイヤ。
