前記第二のステントに取り付けられた複数の画像形成要素であって、前記グラフトの前記近位端の周縁部の周りに配置されて該周縁部に正確に整列されて、前記画像形成要素の位置が前記グラフトの前記近位端に正確に対応するようにされ、それによって前記グラフトの前記近位端の正確な像を提供する複数の画像形成要素と、

前記第一のステントの前記近位の頂端のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記第二のステントの対応する遠位の頂端と周方向で整合しており、

- 前記第一のステントがジグザグ型のステント形状からなっており、
前記第二のステントの前記一連の近位の頂端が複数の交互に配置されている第一及び第二の近位の頂端からなり、前記第一の近位の頂端の各々が第一の穴を有する端部領域を備え、前記第二の近位の頂端の各々が第一及び第二の領域を備え、前記第一の領域には少なくとも1つの一体的な棘状部が形成され、前記第二の領域には第二の穴が形成されており、前記第二の近位の頂端の各々が、前記第二の穴の遠位側の位置において前記第二の近位の頂端に形成されている凹状部分を更に備え、前記第一の近位の頂端のうちの少なくとも1つが、当該ステントグラフトの給送中に、隣接する第二の近位の頂端の前記凹状部分内で入れ子状になる、請求項1又は2に記載のステントグラフト。 - 前記第二のステントの前記遠位の頂端の各々が、該第二のステントの前記遠位端を前記グラフトに結合させるための縫合糸を受け入れるようになされている縫合用の穴を備えている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記画像形成要素が放射線不透過性のマーカーであり、
前記第二のステントの前記遠位の頂端の各々が、前記放射線不透過性のマーカーを受け入れるようになされている画像形成用の穴を更に備えており、該画像形成用の穴が、前記縫合用の穴の近位側に配置されて、前記グラフトの前記近位端と整合されるようになされている、請求項4に記載のステントグラフト。
