Description
ここまで説明してきた実施形態においては、本発明の「給油部」として、等値線に沿って形成された給油溝24を1つ設けるものとした。しかしながら、給油部の形態はこれに限定されず、例えば以下で説明する各変形例のように給油部を構成することも可能である。なお、上述の実施形態や各変形例において共通する構成については適宜説明を省略し、また、その構成によって奏される効果についても適宜説明を省略する。
なお、本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、その趣旨を逸脱しない限りにおいて上記実施形態の要素を適宜組み合わせまたは種々の変更を加えることが可能である。

Claims (10)
- 回転軸の周りに配置された複数のパッドで、前記回転軸を回転自在に支持するティルティングパッドジャーナル軸受において、
前記回転軸と対向する前記パッドの対向面のうち前記回転軸の回転方向における下流側の端部領域のみに給油部が設けられており、
前記給油部は、前記回転軸と前記対向面との間に潤滑油が巻き込まれることで前記対向面に発生する圧力分布の等値線のうち、前記回転方向において前記圧力分布の最高圧力点よりも下流側の部分に沿って形成されていることを特徴とするティルティングパッドジャーナル軸受。 - 前記給油部が、前記対向面のうち前記回転方向における下流側の端から1/4までの範囲に設けられている請求項1に記載のティルティングパッドジャーナル軸受。
- 前記給油部として、前記等値線に沿って形成された給油溝が設けられており、
前記給油溝は、前記回転軸の軸方向に沿う中央部と、前記中央部の両端から回転方向上流側に向かって湾曲する端部とを有している請求項1または2に記載のティルティングパッドジャーナル軸受。 - 前記給油溝が互いに平行に複数設けられている請求項3に記載のティルティングパッドジャーナル軸受。
- 前記等値線に沿った方向において、前記給油溝が複数に分割されている請求項3または4に記載のティルティングパッドジャーナル軸受。
- 前記給油部として、前記等値線に沿った複数の溝をつないで形成された閉じた形状の給油溝が設けられている請求項1または2に記載のティルティングパッドジャーナル軸受。
- 前記給油部として、前記等値線に沿って形成された複数の給油穴からなる給油穴列が設けられており、
前記給油穴列は、前記回転軸の軸方向に沿う中央部と、前記中央部の両端から回転方向上流側に向かって湾曲するようにして配置された端部を有している請求項1または2に記載のティルティングパッドジャーナル軸受。 - 前記給油穴列が複数列設けられている請求項7に記載のティルティングパッドジャーナル軸受。
- 前記複数のパッドのうち前記回転軸に作用する荷重を受けるパッドに、前記給油部が設けられている請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載のティルティングパッドジャーナル軸受。
- 前記パッドの内部に形成され、前記給油部に前記潤滑油を供給する給油路に、ポンプから圧送される前記潤滑油が流れる送油管が接続されている請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載のティルティングパッドジャーナル軸受。
