Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係るモータ駆動装置の回路構成を示す図である。図1に示すモータ駆動装置1は、商用の三相交流電源2からの三相交流電力を入力し、モータ3を駆動する。なお、交流電源2は、三相交流に限定されず、例えば、単相交流であってもよい。
第1実施形態では、DCリンクコンデンサ13の単位時間当たりの電圧変化量に基づいて、モータ3の加速時又は減速時に機器5の故障(電源入力部4の異常)を検出した。第2実施形態では、DCリンクコンデンサ13の所定時間における電圧変化量に基づいて、モータ3の加速時又は減速時に加えてモータ3の定速動作時にも機器5の故障(電源入力部4の異常)を検出する。

Claims (3)
- 自装置と電源との間の電源入力部の異常検出機能を有するモータ駆動装置であって、
前記電源からの交流電力を前記電源入力部を介して入力し、前記交流電力を直流電力に変換する順変換器と、
前記順変換器からの前記直流電力を交流電力に変換する逆変換器と、
前記順変換器と前記逆変換器との間のDCリンクに設けられたDCリンクコンデンサと、
前記DCリンクコンデンサの電圧を検出する電圧検出部と、
前記電圧検出部で検出した電圧値に基づいて、前記DCリンクコンデンサの単位時間当たりの電圧変化量を求め、求めた前記電圧変化量に基づいて前記電源入力部の異常検出を行う異常検出部と、
を備えるモータ駆動装置。 - 前記電源入力部の異常を検出するための閾値を予め記憶する記憶部をさらに備え、
前記異常検出部は、前記電圧変化量が前記閾値よりも大きい場合に、前記電源入力部が異常であることを検出する、
請求項1に記載のモータ駆動装置。 - 前記記憶部は、外部から前記閾値を書き換え可能である、
請求項2に記載のモータ駆動装置。
