Claims (4)
- 平行な複数の流路を内部に有すると共に前記複数の流路をそれらの延在方向の一端部で封止する蓋部を備えた流路ユニットと、前記複数の流路の各々に収容された線状の発熱体とを有する流体加熱器であって、前記発熱体は前記複数の流路の各々に櫛歯状で且つ断面十字形状の長尺の支持部材に支持されて収容されており、いずれも前記蓋部から各流路内を少なくとも一往復しており、前記長尺の支持部材は、前記櫛歯状の支持部材の隣接する歯部の間の隙間の奥側に前記発熱体の往側が巻き付けられており、前記隙間の外側に前記発熱体の復側が巻き付けられている流体加熱器。
- 前記長尺の支持部材の一端部が前記蓋部に係合している、請求項1に記載の流体加熱器。
- 前記発熱体は、前記複数の流路の各々において前記長尺の支持部材に螺旋状に巻き付けられている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の流体加熱器。
- 前記発熱体が電気絶縁材で被覆されている、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の流体加熱器。
