Description
これにより、アルカリ電解液が水に変化する。水は、アルカリ溶液である水酸化カリウム溶液に比べて密度が小さく且つ接触角が大きくなるため、液面の高さhが小さくなる。よって、電解液の液漏れが発生した場合であっても、液体が電池配索用電線1を通じて機器に到達してしまう可能性を低減することとなる。
このように、導体部10によってもアルカリ電解液が水に変化する。この場合において銅材は酸化して変色することとなる。

Claims (3)
- アルカリ性の電解液を有する電池と機器との間に配索される電池配索用電線であって、
単線にて構成される導体部と、
前記導体部を被覆すると共にポリ塩化ビニルからなる被覆部と、を備え、
一方の端面を10mmだけ前記アルカリ性の電解液に浸漬させ、全体を略半円となるように配置して、72時間経過したときに前記導体部及び前記被覆部間において液体の進行長さが200mm以下となる
ことを特徴とする電池配索用電線。 - 前記ポリ塩化ビニルの重合度は1000以上である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池配索用電線。 - 請求項1又は請求項2のいずれかに記載の電池配索用電線を含む
ことを特徴とするワイヤーハーネス。
