Claims (9)
- インナ軸部材の外周面に本体ゴム弾性体が固着された防振装置本体を備えていると共に、該防振装置本体の外周面に筒状のアウタ筒部材が装着されている筒形防振装置において、
該インナ軸部材の軸方向中間部分には第一の軸直角方向の各一方側へ突出する一対のストッパ突部が設けられて、該一対のストッパ突部の表面には該本体ゴム弾性体と一体形成された緩衝ゴム層が固着されていると共に、
前記アウタ筒部材の内周面には該一対のストッパ突部が差し入れられるストッパ凹部が設けられて、該ストッパ凹部の壁部が該ストッパ突部に対して軸方向と該第一の軸直角方向と該第一の軸直角方向と直交する第二の軸直角方向の各方向で対向配置されており、
該ストッパ凹部の壁部と該ストッパ突部の当接によって該インナ軸部材と該アウタ筒部材の相対変位量を制限する軸方向ストッパと第一の軸直角方向ストッパと第二の軸直角方向ストッパとが構成されることを特徴とする筒形防振装置。 - 前記インナ軸部材の軸方向中間部分には前記第二の軸直角方向の各一方側へ突出する一対の固着突部が設けられて、前記本体ゴム弾性体が該一対の固着突部に固着されている請求項1に記載の筒形防振装置。
- 前記固着突部と前記ストッパ突部が前記インナ軸部材とは別部材として一体形成されており、それら固着突部とストッパ突部が該インナ軸部材に固設されている請求項2に記載の筒形防振装置。
- 前記インナ軸部材の外周側に離れて中間部材が配設されており、該インナ軸部材と該中間部材が前記本体ゴム弾性体によって相互に弾性連結されて前記防振装置本体が構成されていると共に、該中間部材が前記アウタ筒部材の内周面に嵌着されて該防振装置本体の外周面に該アウタ筒部材が装着されている請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の筒形防振装置。
- 前記中間部材の一対が前記インナ軸部材に対する前記第二の軸直角方向の両側に離隔配置されており、該インナ軸部材と該一対の中間部材が前記本体ゴム弾性体によって相互に弾性連結されていると共に、該一対の中間部材が前記アウタ筒部材の内周面に嵌着されている請求項4に記載の筒形防振装置。
- 前記本体ゴム弾性体が前記第二の軸直角方向の両側において外周へ向けて開口する凹所を備えており、該凹所において該本体ゴム弾性体で構成された内面が自由表面とされている請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の筒形防振装置。
- 前記本体ゴム弾性体には前記凹所を大気開放する連通路が形成されている請求項6に記載の筒形防振装置。
- 前記アウタ筒部材が前記防振装置本体に対して前記第一の軸直角方向の両側から装着される一対の分割体を含んで構成されている請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の筒形防振装置。
- 相互に突き合わされる前記一対の分割体の突合せ端部には該一対の分割体の接近によって相互に係止される第一の係止部と第二の係止部が設けられており、該一対の分割体が該第一の係止部と該第二の係止部の係止によってそれら第一の係止部と第二の係止部の係止方向で相互に位置決めされていると共に、該一対の分割体が該第一の係止部と該第二の係止部の係止方向と直交する方向で相対変位を許容されている請求項8に記載の筒形防振装置。
