Description
Claims (13)
- 600〜680nmの最大発光波長を有するダイレクト赤色光を放射するソリッドステート光源と、
前記ソリッドステート光源から放射される前記ダイレクト赤色光の少なくとも一部を受光し、受光した前記ダイレクト赤色光を、700〜760nmの最大発光波長を有する遠赤色光に変換する波長変換部材と
を有する、園芸用照明装置であって、
前記園芸用照明装置から放射される前記ダイレクト赤色光と前記遠赤色光との比率は、前記ソリッドステート光源からの前記ダイレクト赤色光のうちの、前記波長変換部材に入射する前記ダイレクト赤色光の割合を調整することによって設定される、園芸用照明装置。 - 前記波長変換部材は、量子ドット、無機蛍光体、及び/又は蛍光染料を有する、請求項1に記載の園芸用照明装置。
- 前記量子ドットは、II−VI族及びIII−V族量子ドットを有する、請求項2に記載の園芸用照明装置。
- 前記無機蛍光体は、Cr3+がドープされた材料を有する、請求項2に記載の園芸用照明装置。
- 前記蛍光染料は、遠赤色発光染料ファミリーのメンバーであり、ペリレンぺリノンとも呼ばれる(例えばアルコキシ基の)置換3、4、9、10−ペリレンテトラカルボキシルビス−ベンディミダゾール(PTCBI)である、請求項2に記載の園芸用照明装置。
- 前記ソリッドステート光源及び前記波長変換部材は、単一ユニットに組み立てられる、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の園芸用照明装置。
- 前記ダイレクト赤色光を放射する少なくとも1つの追加のソリッドステート光源を有し、これによって前記ダイレクト赤色光と前記遠赤色光との比率を更に調整する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の園芸用照明装置。
- 青色光又は白色光を放射する少なくとも1つの追加のソリッドステート光源を有する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の園芸用照明装置。
- 植物の成長及び植物のバイオリズムを刺激する方法であって、
ソリッドステート光源を用いて、600〜680nmの最大発光波長を有するダイレクト赤色光を生成するステップと、
前記ダイレクト赤色光の少なくとも一部を波長変換部材で受光するステップと、
前記波長変換部材を用いて、受光した前記ダイレクト赤色光を、700〜760nmの最大発光波長を有する遠赤色光に変換するステップとを有し、
前記植物に照射するために放射される前記ダイレクト赤色光と前記遠赤色光との比率は、前記ソリッドステート光源からの前記ダイレクト赤色光のうちの、前記波長変換部材に入射する前記ダイレクト赤色光の量を調整することによって設定される、方法。 - 前記ダイレクト赤色光と前記遠赤色光との比率は、ダイレクト赤色光を放射する追加のソリッドステート光源を使用することによって更に調整される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記波長変換部材は、蛍光染料を有し、前記蛍光染料は、遠赤色発光染料ファミリーのメンバーであり、ペリレンぺリノンとも呼ばれる(例えばアルコキシ基の)置換3、4、9、10−ペリレンテトラカルボキシルビス−ベンディミダゾール(PTCBI)である、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の園芸用照明装置を少なくとも1つ有する、照明器具。
- 少なくともグリーンハウス及び植物工場を含むグループから選択される園芸用アプリケーションシステムであって、前記園芸用アプリケーションシステムは、さらに、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の園芸用照明装置を少なくとも1つ、又は請求項12に記載の照明器具を有する、園芸用アプリケーションシステム。
