Description
Claims (2)
- 金属製の容器を構成する本体と蓋とをレーザー溶接で接合するレーザー溶接方法であって、
レーザー光を前記本体と前記蓋との境界部に沿って照射箇所を移動させつつ照射するレーザー光照射工程と、
前記レーザー光照射工程で照射されたレーザー光が前記照射箇所で反射した反射光を可動式の反射ミラーで前記境界部に向けて反射させる反射工程と、
を含み、
前記容器は、略直方体形状であり、
前記境界部は、長辺部と短辺部を有する略長方形状であり、
前記反射工程は、前記反射ミラーを動かして前記境界部における前記照射箇所よりも移動経路上前方の所定の箇所に前記反射させた反射光の焦点を結ばせ、
前記所定の箇所は、前記照射箇所が前記長辺部の一端側に位置しているときに、前記長辺部の他端側の箇所である、レーザー溶接方法。 - 前記反射工程は、前記所定の箇所に前記反射させた反射光の焦点を所定時間結ばせる、請求項1に記載のレーザー溶接方法。
