Description
また、請求項1又は請求項2の発明において、制御部は、請求項4に記載の発明のように、イグニッションスイッチがオンされた場合、冷却液の未凍結が検出されるまで連通状態を維持するよう切替部を更に制御してもよい。これにより、イグニッションスイッチがオンされて連通状態から遮断状態に移行したときに冷却水が凍結して循環回路が破損するのを防止できる。また、請求項3又は請求項4の発明において、未凍結は、請求項5に記載の発明のように、外気温、冷却水の温度、または冷却液を循環させる循環部を駆動させたときの駆動量に基づいて検出してもよい。ここで、未凍結は冷却液が凍結していない状態のことをいい、一部が凍結して冷却液の循環が可能な状態も含むものとする。また、循環部の駆動させたときの駆動量は、例えば、循環部としてのウォータポンプを回転させたときの電流値を適用できる。
(第1実施形態)
図1は、本実施形態に係る車両用機関冷却装置の概略構成を示す模式図である。
本実施形態に係る車両用機関冷却装置10は、冷却液としての冷却水を循環させるための循環回路を複数備えている。具体的には、本実施形態では、図1に示すように、エンジン冷却回路としての循環回路A12、及び冷却液循環回路としての循環回路B14の2つの循環回路を備えた例を説明する。
続いて、第2実施形態に係る車両用機関冷却装置について説明する。第2実施形態に係る車両用機関冷却装置は、第1実施形態に対して制御部40で行う処理が異なるのみであるため、構成の説明は省略する。
続いて、第3実施形態に係る車両用機関冷却装置について説明する。図5は、本実施形態に係る車両用機関冷却装置の概略構成を示す模式図である。なお、第1実施形態と同一構成については同一符号を付して詳細な説明は省略する。
続いて、第4実施形態に係る車両用機関冷却装置について説明する。図7は、本実施形態に係る車両用機関冷却装置の概略構成を示す模式図である。なお、第1実施形態と同一構成については同一符号を付して詳細な説明は省略する。

Claims (5)
- エンジンと熱交換器とに冷却液を循環させるためのエンジン冷却回路と、
前記エンジン冷却回路に接続され、前記エンジン冷却回路内の圧力変化を吸収するために冷却液を貯留するリザーブタンクと、
車両に搭載された機器に冷却液を循環させるための少なくとも1以上の冷却液循環回路と、
前記エンジン冷却回路と前記冷却液循環回路とを連通した連通状態、及び前記エンジン冷却回路と前記冷却液循環回路とを遮断した遮断状態の何れかの状態に選択的に切り替える切替部と、
イグニッションスイッチがオフされ、かつ予め定めた液温度閾値より低い冷却液の温度が検出された場合、及び予め定めた外気温閾値より低い外気温が検出された場合の少なくとも一方の場合に、前記連通状態になるよう前記切替部を制御する制御部と、
を備えた車両用機関冷却装置。 - 冷却液を循環させる循環部を更に備え、
前記制御部が、イグニッションスイッチがオフされた場合に、前記連通状態になるよう前記切替部を制御し、かつ冷却液の温度が予め定めた安定状態になるまで冷却液が循環するよう前記循環部を制御する請求項1に記載の車両用機関冷却装置。 - エンジンと熱交換器とに冷却液を循環させるためのエンジン冷却回路と、
前記エンジン冷却回路に接続され、前記エンジン冷却回路内の圧力変化を吸収するために冷却液を貯留するリザーブタンクと、
車両に搭載された機器に冷却液を循環させるための少なくとも1以上の冷却液循環回路と、
前記エンジン冷却回路と前記冷却液循環回路とを連通した連通状態、及び前記エンジン冷却回路と前記冷却液循環回路とを遮断した遮断状態の何れかの状態に選択的に切り替える切替部と、
イグニッションスイッチがオフされた場合に、前記連通状態になるよう前記切替部を制御し、イグニッションスイッチがオンされた場合に、冷却液の未凍結が検出されるまで前記連通状態を維持するよう前記切替部を制御する制御部と、
を備えた車両用機関冷却装置。 - 前記制御部は、イグニッションスイッチがオンされた場合、冷却液の未凍結が検出されるまで前記連通状態を維持するよう前記切替部を更に制御する請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車両用機関冷却装置。
- 前記未凍結は、外気温、冷却水の温度、または冷却液を循環させる循環部を駆動させたときの駆動量に基づいて検出する請求項3又は請求項4に記載の車両用機関冷却装置。
