Description
本発明は上記実施形態に限定されず、例えば次のように実施してもよい。
Claims (5)
- 自車両(M1)の将来の走行進路である予測進路に基づいて自車両の走行を制御する車両の走行制御装置であって、
前記自車両の前方を走行する先行車両(M2)の位置である先行車位置を時系列で記憶する位置記憶手段と、
前記位置記憶手段に記憶されている前記先行車位置の軌跡に基づいて前記予測進路を算出する進路算出手段と、
前記先行車両の移動軌跡を算出する都度、前記位置記憶手段に記憶されている先行車位置をそれぞれ1回前の値として更新する位置更新手段と、を備え、
前記位置更新手段は、前記自車両の車速とヨーレートとに基づいて、前記位置記憶手段に記憶されている先行車位置の座標変換を実施し、該座標変換後の先行車位置を1回前の値として更新することを特徴とする車両の走行制御装置。 - 前記自車両及び前記先行車両のいずれかが走路から外れることが推定される状況であるか否かを判定し、前記自車両及び前記先行車両のいずれかが走路から外れることが推定される状況であると判定された場合に、前記位置記憶手段に記憶されている前記先行車位置を無効にする無効化手段をさらに備え、
前記位置更新手段は、前記無効化手段により前記自車両及び前記先行車両のいずれも走路から外れることが推定される状況でないと判定され、前記位置記憶手段に記憶されている前記先行車位置を有効にする場合に、前記先行車両の移動軌跡を算出する都度、前記位置記憶手段に記憶されている先行車位置をそれぞれ1回前の値として更新する請求項1に記載の車両の走行制御装置。 - 前記無効化手段は、前記自車両及び前記先行車両のいずれかが右左折又は車線変更することが推定される状況である場合に、前記自車両及び前記先行車両のいずれかが走路から外れることが推定される状況であるものと判定する請求項2に記載の車両の走行制御装置。
- 前記無効化手段は、前記自車両及び前記先行車両のいずれかが低速走行している状況である場合に、前記自車両及び前記先行車両のいずれかが走路から外れることが推定される状況であるものと判定する請求項2又は3に記載の車両の走行制御装置。
- 前記自車両には、探査波の送信及び受信により前記自車両と前記先行車両との車間距離を検出する車間距離センサ(12)が備えられており、
前記位置記憶手段は、前記車間距離センサの検出値に基づき算出した前記先行車位置を記憶し、
前記無効化手段は、前記自車両と前記先行車両とが、前記車間距離センサの検出精度が低下する位置関係にあるか否かを判定し、前記位置関係にあると判定された場合に、前記位置記憶手段に記憶されている前記先行車位置を無効にする請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の車両の走行制御装置。
