Claims (5)
- コンクリートからなる基礎と、この基礎上に構築された構造物とからなる建築物であって、
前記基礎には、前記構造物を高さ方向に昇降自在に支持する複数の昇降装置を均等に設け、
当該複数の昇降装置は、それぞれが均等に伸縮可能であり、
更に何れの昇降装置を動作させるかを制御する制御装置を備え、
当該制御装置は、構造物を傾斜させる角度に基づいて各昇降装置の昇降量を算出且つ制御して、構造物を意図的に傾斜させることが可能である事を特徴とする、建築物。
- 前記構造物は、前記基礎の上方に設けられる土台を備えており、
前記昇降装置は、その基端側が前記基礎に固定して設けられると共に、先端側が前記土台に固定して設けられた、高さ方向に伸縮自在なジャッキである、請求項1に記載の建築物。
- 前記昇降装置は、昇降装置が降下中に障害物を察知した際に自動停止するか、または急降下を防止する安全対策機能を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の建築物。
- 前記昇降装置は、構造物を昇降させる主昇降装置に加え、当該主昇降装置が故障などによって機能しない場合に予備的に当該構造物を支持できる副昇降装置を備えており、
当該副昇降装置は、構造物の上昇に際しては主昇降装置よりも遅れて上昇すると共に、構造物の下降に際しては主昇降装置よりも早く下降する、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の建築物。
- 前記構造物には給排水設備が設けられており、
当該給排水設備の配管は、構造物の昇降に伴って伸縮又は変形自在に形成されている、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の建築物。
