Claims (9)
- 鉄筋コンクリート床を構築するための、焼結した発泡ポリスチレンの組み立て式要素であって、前記要素に自立特性を与えるために、内部に金属部(A)が埋め込まれた発泡ポリスチレン体を備えるタイプであり、前記発泡ポリスチレン体は、任意の長さと、実質的に矩形の部分とを有し、該部分の底部から横方向に薄い翼(4)が突出しており、翼(4)は、前記発泡ポリスチレン体の主たる内側部分(1)よりも厚さが小さい、焼結した発泡ポリスチレンの組み立て式要素であって、
前記金属部(A)の全体的な高さ(h)は、前記翼(4)の高さと実質的に同じであり、前記発泡ポリスチレン体には、1つの前記金属部(A)に対して横方向に1つ以上の凹部(2)がさらに設けられていることを特徴とする、焼結した発泡ポリスチレンの組み立て式要素。 - 前記金属部(A)は、端で接続される平面を有するΩ形状の部分を備える、請求項1に記載の焼結した発泡ポリスチレンの組み立て式要素。
- 横方向の前記凹部(2)は、実質的に同じ大きさの縦方向の窪み(3)を備え、前記窪み(3)は、前記翼(4)の上部に、2つの隣り合う要素(E)の間の接合領域に一致するように形成される、請求項1または2に記載の焼結した発泡ポリスチレンの組み立て式要素。
- 横方向の前記凹部(2)は、前記金属部(A)に垂直な方向を有する、請求項3に記載の焼結した発泡ポリスチレンの組み立て式要素。
- 2つの隣り合う横方向の凹部(2)の間の距離は、前記要素(E)の内側部分(1)の幅と等しい、請求項4に記載の焼結した発泡ポリスチレンの組み立て式要素。
- 前記金属部(A)は、端で接続される平面を有するΩ形状の部分を備え、前記要素(E)の底面に平行な2つの終端面を有し、該終端面の一方は、前記発泡ポリスチレン体の外側に隣接し、該終端面の他方は、前記発泡ポリスチレン体の内側に隣接している、請求項2に記載の焼結した発泡ポリスチレンの組み立て式要素。
- 前記金属部(A)の全体的な高さ(h)が、前記翼(4)の高さよりも僅かに大きい、請求項6に記載の焼結した発泡ポリスチレンの組み立て式要素。
- 互いに隣り合うように配列された請求項3〜5のいずれかに記載の複数の焼結した発泡ポリスチレンの組み立て式要素から構成される打設面と、縦方向の前記窪み(3)および横方向の前記凹部(2)の内部に設けられた補強ロッド(F)と、を備える鉄筋コンクリート床。
- 互いに隣り合うように配列された請求項3〜5のいずれかに記載の複数の焼結した発泡ポリスチレンの組み立て式要素から構成される打設面と、縦方向の前記窪み(3)および横方向の前記凹部(2)の内部に設けられた補強ロッド(F)と、前記要素(E)の前記発泡ポリスチレン体の前記内側部分(1)の上部に設けられた補強メッシュ(R)と、を備える鉄筋コンクリート床。
