Claims (7)
- レーザを用いた肉盛溶接に用いる溶着金属を噴射する内周側の管と、前記内周側の外周に配置され、シールドエアーを噴射する外周側の管とが同心円上に重なった二重管を有し、前記溶着金属を施工位置に供給するパウダ供給ヘッドの管理方法であって、
設定された条件で試験領域に前記パウダ供給ヘッドから前記レーザを照射せずに溶着金属を噴射し、前記試験領域に噴射した前記溶着金属で線分を形成する噴射工程と、
前記試験領域に吹き付けられた溶着金属の幅を計測する幅計測工程と、
計測した前記溶着金属の幅が許容値以下の場合、前記パウダ供給ヘッドを使用可と判定し、計測した前記溶着金属の幅が許容値よりも大きい場合、前記パウダ供給ヘッドを使用不可と判定する判定工程と、を有することを特徴とするパウダ供給ヘッドの管理方法。 - 前記内周側の管は、前記溶着金属を噴射する側の端面が、前記内周側の管の軸方向に直交する面に加工されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパウダ供給ヘッドの管理方法。
- 前記試験領域は、粘着性の材料が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のパウダ供給ヘッドの管理方法。
- 前記噴射工程における前記試験領域の酸素濃度を計測する酸素濃度計測工程をさらに有し、
前記判定工程は、前記酸素濃度計測工程で計測した酸素濃度が許容値以下の場合、前記パウダ供給ヘッドを使用可と判定し、計測した酸素濃度が許容値よりも大きい場合、前記パウダ供給ヘッドを使用不可と判定することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のパウダ供給ヘッドの管理方法。 - 動翼本体の先端及び翼面の少なくとも一部にエロージョンシールドを形成するエロージョンシールドの形成方法であって、
動翼となる基体の先端及び端面の少なくとも一部を除去し、境界を形成する工程と、
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のパウダ供給ヘッドの管理方法で使用可と判定されたパウダ供給ノズルを用いて、前記境界にレーザ溶接で肉盛部を形成する工程と、
前記基体の余肉及び前記肉盛部の一部を除去する仕上げ加工を行う工程と、を有することを特徴とするエロージョンシールドの形成方法。 - 前記動翼に余肉部を有する基体を成型する基体製造工程と、
請求項5に記載のエロージョンシールドの形成方法で、前記翼本体にエロージョンシールドを形成する工程を有することを特徴とする動翼製造方法。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のパウダ供給ヘッドの管理方法で使用可と判定されたパウダ供給ヘッドと、
レーザを照射するレーザヘッドと、を有し、
施工位置に前記レーザヘッドでレーザを照射しつつ、前記パウダ供給ヘッドで前記溶射金属を供給することを特徴とする肉盛溶接装置。
