Claims (4)
- 計量皿からの荷重の伝達を案内するロバーバル機構と、
前記ロバーバル機構に案内されて揺動するビームと、
前記ビームの先端に穿設された窓部と、前記窓部を介した一方に配置された発光素子と、前記窓部を介した他方に配置され前記窓部に対して上下に配置された光起電力効果を備える受光素子とを有するビーム位置検出部と、
前記上下の受光素子の出力した光電流の一方の電流/電圧変換部の変換係数を他方の電流/電圧変換部の変換係数とは異なる値に変更し、前記ビーム位置検出部の平衡状態を二以上設定するビーム平衡設定部と、
を有することを特徴とする電磁平衡式電子秤。 - 計量皿からの荷重の伝達を案内するロバーバル機構と、
前記ロバーバル機構に案内されて揺動するビームと、
前記ビームの先端に固定され該ビームと連動して上下に位置移動する可動電極と、前記可動電極の上下に配置され位置が固定された固定電極と、を有するビーム位置検出部と、
上側の前記固定電極と前記可動電極の間の静電容量を検出する容量/電圧変換部の変換係数を、下側の前記固定電極と前記可動電極の間の静電容量を検出する容量/電圧変換部の変換係数とは異なる値に変更し、前記ビーム位置検出部の平衡状態を二以上設定するビーム平衡設定部と、
を有することを特徴とする電磁平衡式電子秤。 - 前記二以上の平衡状態のうち、二つの状態に交互に変更することで秤の繰り返し性をチェックする性能確認手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電磁平衡式電子秤。
- 前記二以上の平衡状態のうち、二つの状態の測定値を利用して秤の校正を行う校正手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電磁平衡式電子秤。
