Description
Claims (15)
- 相対向して配置された可動電極及び固定電極を少なくとも備えた真空インタラプタが固体絶縁物でモールドされていると共に、前記固定電極側に2つの電気接続部を、前記可動電極側に1つの電気接続部を具備し、可動電極側には集電機構及び前記可動電極を開閉可能に駆動する絶縁操作ロッドを備え、
前記固定電極側の電気接続部の1つは同軸円錐凸状の接続部であり、他の1つは同軸円筒凹状の接続部であり、両電気接続部の中心導体は一体に形成され、前記同軸円筒凹状の接続部の中心導体の中央底部には貫通穴が設けられ、該貫通穴を貫通させたボルトによって前記真空インタラプタの固定電極が締結され、かつ、前記同軸円筒凹状の接続部の内面が電接面となっていることを特徴とするユニット開閉器。 - 請求項1に記載のユニット開閉器において、
前記固定電極側の1つの前記電気接続部及び前記可動電極側の1つの前記電気接続部のそれぞれには、ケーブルヘッド先端に取り付けたケーブルが接続され、かつ、前記ケーブルヘッドの上部が絶縁栓で封止されていることを特徴とするユニット開閉器。 - 請求項2に記載のユニット開閉器において、
前記可動電極側のケーブルはAC回路又はDC回路に接続され、前記固定電極側のケーブルはパンタグラフ回路に接続されていることを特徴とするユニット開閉器。 - 請求項2又は3に記載のユニット開閉器において、
前記固定電極側の残りの1つの前記電気接続部は、アレスタに接続されていることを特徴とするユニット開閉器。 - 請求項4に記載のユニット開閉器において、
前記ユニット開閉器の下方には電磁操作器が配備され、該電磁操作器を操作することでレバーを介して前記絶縁操作ロッドが動作し、前記真空インタラプタの固定電極と可動電極の開閉動作を行うことを特徴とするユニット開閉器。 - 請求項5に記載のユニット開閉器において、
前記固定電極側の1つの前記電気接続部、前記ユニット開閉器、前記電磁操作器及び前記アレスタの中心軸を同一平面上に置くことを特徴とするユニット開閉器。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のユニット開閉器を3台平行に配置し、それぞれのユニット開閉器の前記固定電極側の1つの前記電気接続部が回路間連結母線でそれぞれ電気的に接続されると共に、前記ユニット開閉器のそれぞれ下方に各ユニット開閉器の前記可動電極を独立に開閉する3台の電磁操作器を平行に配置し、かつ、3台の前記ユニット開閉器の第1のユニット開閉器の固定電極側の残りの前記電気接続部にはパンタグラフ回路が接続され、前記第1のユニット開閉器の可動電極側の前記電気接続部にはAC回路又はDC回路が接続され、第2のユニット開閉器の固定電極側の残りの前記電気接続部にはアレスタが接続され、前記第2のユニット開閉器の可動電極側の前記電気接続部には、前記第1のユニット開閉器の可動電極側の前記電気接続部に接続された前記AC回路又はDC回路以外の回路が接続され、第3のユニット開閉器の可動電極側の前記電気接続部にはアース回路が接続されていることを特徴とする開閉装置。
- 請求項7に記載の開閉装置において、
前記回路間連結母線は、前記ユニット開閉器にボルトで固定されていることを特徴とする開閉装置。 - 請求項7又は8に記載の開閉装置において、
前記電磁操作器のそれぞれは電源コンデンサ及び制御基板を備え、1組の前記電磁操作器の電源コンデンサ及び制御基板による開閉信号を、切替スイッチによりそれぞれの前記電磁操作器の電磁石に分配するようにしたことを特徴とする開閉装置。 - 電力供給線からパンタグラフを介して給電が行われると共に、電源ユニットを構成する主要電源機器を分散して複数の車両に搭載して形成され、それぞれの車両が連結されている複数の車両ユニットと、該各車両ユニットの前記電源ユニットを接続するために、前記車両を引き通して配置されたケーブルと、前記ケーブルの途中に設置され、前記車両ユニット間を電気的に切り離す請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のユニット開閉器又は請求項7乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の開閉装置とを備えていることを特徴とする鉄道車両。
- 請求項10に記載の鉄道車両において、
前記ユニット開閉器又は開閉装置は、前記車両の屋根上に配置された前記ケーブルの途中で、かつ、前記車両の屋根と同一面上に設置されていることを特徴とする鉄道車両。 - 請求項10又は11に記載の鉄道車両において、
前記ユニット開閉器又は開閉装置は、その開閉方向が水平方向となるように設置されていることを特徴とする鉄道車両。 - 請求項10乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の鉄道車両において、
前記ユニット開閉器又は開閉装置は、電磁操作式若しくは空気操作式の真空インタラプタであることを特徴とする鉄道車両。 - 請求項13に記載の鉄道車両において、
前記真空インタラプタと電磁操作器若しくは空気操作器は1つのケース内に収納され、該ケースが前記車両の屋根に直接固定されていることを特徴とする鉄道車両。 - 請求項14に記載の鉄道車両において、
前記ケースは支え板で支えられ、該支え板を前記車両の屋根に直接埋め込まれているU字状金具にボルトで固定することで、前記車両の屋根上に固定されるものであることを特徴とする鉄道車両。
