Description
車速が0以上V1以下の領域では、LクラッチCLが接続され、HクラッチCHが切断される(Loモード)。このLoモードでは、HクラッチCHが切断されているので、第2キャリアC2と第1リングギアR1とが切断される。また、LクラッチCLが接続されるので、第2キャリアC2が固定される。

また、指令トルク決定部83は、以下の数2に示す第2のトルクバランス情報を用いてHiモードでのモータMG1, MG2への指令トルクTm1_Hi,Tm2_ Hiを決定する。本実施形態において、第2のトルクバランス情報は、動力伝達装置24でのトルクの釣り合いの式である。

ここで、各トルクバランス情報のパラメータの内容は以下の表1の通りである。
次に、制御部27によるエンジン21の制御について説明する。上述したように、制御部27は、指令信号を燃料噴射装置28に送ることでエンジン21を制御する。以下、燃料噴射装置28への指令スロットル値の決定方法について説明する。制御部27は、エンジン要求決定部87と、要求スロットル決定部89とを有する。
(1)本実施形態に係る作業車両1では、擬似中立制御によって、FクラッチCF又はRクラッチCRを接続状態に維持したまま、エンジン21からの駆動力に関わらず動力伝達装置24から走行装置25への出力トルクを所定値に抑えることで擬似的に中立状態を実現することができる。従って、FクラッチCFとRクラッチCRとLクラッチCLとHクラッチCHとの全てが切断される場合と比べて、これらのクラッチを油圧によって駆動するために要する時間や、同期のために要する時間が不要である。このため、動力伝達装置24を中立状態から前進状態又は後進状態に切り換えるときに、速やかに駆動力の伝達を開始することができる。
Claims (13)
- エンジンと、
前記エンジンによって駆動される油圧ポンプと、
前記油圧ポンプから吐出された作動油によって駆動される作業機と、
前記エンジンによって駆動される走行装置と、
前記エンジンからの駆動力を前記走行装置に伝達する動力伝達装置と、
前記動力伝達装置を制御する制御部と、
前進位置と後進位置と中立位置に選択的に切り換えられ、車両の前進と後進と中立状態とを切り換えるための前後進操作部材と、
を備え、
前記動力伝達装置は、
入力軸と、
出力軸と、
遊星歯車機構を有し、前記入力軸の回転を前記出力軸に伝達する歯車機構と、
前記遊星歯車機構の回転要素に接続されるモータと、
前進用クラッチと後進用クラッチとを含み、車両の前進時には前記前進用クラッチが接続され且つ前記後進用クラッチが切断され、車両の後進時には前記前進用クラッチが切断され且つ前記後進用クラッチが接続される前後進切換機構と、
を有し、
前記動力伝達装置は、前記モータの回転速度を変化させることによって、前記入力軸に対する前記出力軸の回転速度比を変化させるように構成されており、
前記制御部は、
前記前後進操作部材が前記中立位置にあることを含む擬似中立制御判定条件が満たされているときに、擬似中立制御の実行を決定する中立制御判定部と、
前記擬似中立制御において、前記前進用クラッチ又は後進用クラッチを接続状態に維持する前後進クラッチ制御部と、
前記擬似中立制御において、前記エンジンからの駆動力に関わらず前記動力伝達装置から前記走行装置への出力トルクが所定の値に抑えられた中立状態となるように前記モータへの指令トルクを決定する指令トルク決定部と、
を有する、
作業車両。 - 前記擬似中立制御判定条件は、車速が所定の速度閾値以上であることをさらに含む、
請求項1に記載の作業車両。 - 前記中立制御判定部は、前記前後進操作部材が前記中立位置にあること、及び、前記車速が前記所定の速度閾値より小さいことを含む実中立制御判定条件が満たされているときには、実中立制御の実行を決定し、
前記実中立制御において、前記前後進クラッチ制御部は、前記前進用クラッチ及び前記後進用クラッチを切断状態とする、
請求項2に記載の作業車両。 - 前記実中立制御判定条件が満たされている状態において、前記車速が前記所定の速度閾値より小さい値から前記所定の速度閾値以上の値に変化したときは、前記中立制御判定部は、前記実中立制御から前記擬似中立制御に切り換える、
請求項3に記載の作業車両。 - 前記実中立制御から前記擬似中立制御に切り換えるときには、前記前後進クラッチ制御部は、前記前進用クラッチ又は前記後進用クラッチを同期してから接続する、
請求項4に記載の作業車両。 - 前記動力伝達装置の出力軸の回転速度である出力回転速度を検出する出力回転速度検出部をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記出力回転速度と要求牽引力との関係を規定する要求牽引力特性情報を記憶する記憶部をさらに有し、
前記指令トルク決定部は、前記出力回転速度に対応する前記要求牽引力が得られるように、前記モータへの前記指令トルクを決定し、
前記要求牽引力特性情報は、前記擬似中立制御が行われていない通常運転制御における前記出力回転速度と前記要求牽引力との関係を規定する第1要求牽引力特性と、前記擬似中立制御における前記出力回転速度と前記要求牽引力との関係を規定する第2要求牽引力特性とを含む、
請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の作業車両。 - 前記第2要求牽引力特性は、前記作業車両の減速力を発生させるように設定される、
請求項6に記載の作業車両。 - アクセル操作部材と、
前記アクセル操作部材の操作量を検出するアクセル操作検出部と、
をさらに備え、
前記第1要求牽引力特性は前記アクセル操作部材の前記操作量に応じて変更され、
前記第2要求牽引力特性は前記アクセル操作部材の前記操作量に応じて変更されない、
請求項6又は7に記載の作業車両。 - 前記指令トルク決定部は、前記擬似中立制御において、前記モータへの前記指令トルクを0、又は、前記動力伝達装置の内部慣性を相殺するための所定値とする、
請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の作業車両。 - 蓄電装置をさらに備え、
前記モータは、作業車両の走行状況に応じて、電動モータ及び発電機のいずれかとして機能し、
前記蓄電装置は、前記モータによって発電された電気エネルギーを蓄える、
請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の作業車両。 - 前記前後進切換機構は、前記駆動力の伝達経路において、前記エンジンと前記モータとの間に位置する、
請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の作業車両。 - 前記動力伝達装置は、前記動力伝達装置での駆動力の伝達経路を高速モードと低速モードとの間で切り換えるためのモード切換クラッチをさらに有し、
前記制御部は、前記回転速度比に応じて前記モード選択クラッチの接続と切断とを切り換えるモード切換制御を実行するモード切換制御部をさらに有し、
前記モード切換制御部は、前記擬似中立制御の実行中であっても、前記モード切換制御を実行する、
請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の作業車両。 - エンジンと、
前記エンジンによって駆動される油圧ポンプと、
前記油圧ポンプから吐出された作動油によって駆動される作業機と、
前記エンジンによって駆動される走行装置と、
前記エンジンからの駆動力を前記走行装置に伝達する動力伝達装置と、
前進位置と後進位置と中立位置に選択的に切り換えられ、車両の前進と後進と中立状態とを切り換えるための前後進操作部材と、
を備え、
前記動力伝達装置は、
入力軸と、
出力軸と、
遊星歯車機構を有し、前記入力軸の回転を前記出力軸に伝達する歯車機構と、
前記遊星歯車機構の回転要素に接続されるモータと、
前進用クラッチと後進用クラッチとを含み、車両の前進時には前記前進用クラッチが接続され且つ前記後進用クラッチが切断され、車両の後進時には前記前進用クラッチが切断され且つ前記後進用クラッチが接続される前後進切換機構と、
を有し、
前記動力伝達装置は、前記モータの回転速度を変化させることによって、前記入力軸に対する前記出力軸の回転速度比を変化させるように構成されている、
作業車両の制御方法であって、
前記前後進操作部材が前記中立位置にあることを含む擬似中立制御判定条件が満たされているときに、擬似中立制御の実行を決定するステップと、
前記擬似中立制御において、前記前進用クラッチ又は後進用クラッチを接続状態に維持するステップと、
前記擬似中立制御において、前記エンジンからの駆動力に関わらず前記動力伝達装置から前記走行装置への出力トルクが所定の値に抑えられた中立状態となるように前記モータへの指令トルクを決定するステップと、
を備える作業車両の制御方法。
