表1に示す化合物が入ったフラスコをシリコンオイルバスに浸漬し、両化合物が溶融するまで昇温しながら電子スターラーで撹拌し、取り出し、冷却・すり鉢で粉砕し、均一な溶融混合物1〜11を得た。また、表1に各溶融混合物の透明融点を示す。なおこの透明融点はJIS K 0064:1992「化学製品の融点及び溶融範囲測定方法」に従って測定される値である。
表2〜6に示す配合処方にしたがい、1.7Lの密閉型バンバリーミキサーを用いて、硫黄および加硫促進剤以外の薬品を排出温度160℃で5分間混練りし、混練物を得た。さらに、得られた混練物を前記バンバリーミキサーにより、排出温度150℃で4分間、再度混練りした(リミル)。次に、2軸オープンロールを用いて、得られた混練物に硫黄および加硫促進剤を添加し、4分間、105℃になるまで練り込み、未加硫ゴム組成物を得た。得られた未加硫ゴム組成物を170℃で12分間プレス加硫することで、試験用ゴム組成物を作製した。
各リミル後の未加硫ゴム組成物について、JIS K 6300−1の「未加硫ゴム−物理特性−第1部:ムーニー粘度計による粘度及びスコーチタイムの求め方」に準じたムーニー粘度の測定方法に従い、130℃の温度条件にて、ムーニー粘度(ML1+4)を測定した。結果は比較例1のムーニー粘度の逆数を100として指数表示した。粘度指数が大きいほどムーニー粘度が低いことを示す。なお、100以上を性能目標値とする。
1.7Lバンバリーミキサーにおける混練時の、未加硫ゴム組成物とローター金属およびミキサー内壁との密着程度を目視および引き剥がし作業時間により評価した。結果は比較例1の離型性を100として指数表示した。離型性指数が大きいほど離型性に優れることを示す。なお、105以上を性能目標値とする。
各試験用タイヤを試験用実車(国産FF車、排気量:2000cc)の全輪に装着し、ドライアスファルト路面上を8000km走行させ、タイヤトレッド部の溝深さを測定し、タイヤトレッド部の溝深さが1mm減少するときの走行距離を算出した。下記の式により比較例1を100として指数表示した。指数が大きいほど耐摩耗性に優れることを示す。なお、100以上を性能目標値とする。
(耐摩耗性能指数)=(各試験用タイヤのタイヤ溝が1mm減るときの走行距離)
/(比較例1のタイヤ溝が1mm減るときの走行距離)×100
各試験用タイヤを試験用実車(国産FF車、排気量:2000cc)の全輪に装着し、湿潤路面において初速度100km/hからの制動距離を測定した。下記の式により比較例1を100として指数表示した。指数が大きいほど、ウェットグリップ性能に優れることを示す。なお、100以上を最低目標値とし、105以上がより好ましい。

(比較例1のタイヤの制動距離)/(各試験用タイヤの制動距離)×100
Claims (7)
- ゴム成分100質量部に対し、
ω−9脂肪酸アミドを0.1〜10質量部、および
粘着樹脂を0.1〜100質量部含有するタイヤ用ゴム組成物(ただし、再生ゴム60〜80部、アタパルジャイトの土15〜25部、白雲石粉10〜15部、ロジン6〜8部、シリコーンゴム10〜15部、エポキシ化大豆油3〜5部、ブチルアクリレート2〜4部、過硫酸カリウム0.15〜0.25部、エルカ酸アミド1〜2部、ステアリン酸亜鉛1〜2部、ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム0.15〜0.25部、硫黄1〜2部および複合助剤5〜10部を含んでなり、前記複合助剤が、お茶種油30〜40部、テレビン油3〜5部、グリセロール1〜2部、アセチルクエン酸トリブチル10〜15部、フィチン酸0.5〜1部、モノステアリン酸ソルビタン1〜2部およびナノ二酸化チタン1〜2部から調製されたものである、低温耐性タイヤ用ゴム組成物は除く)。 - 前記ω−9脂肪酸アミドを、ω−9脂肪酸アミドとステアリン酸カルシウムとの溶融混合物として含有する請求項1記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 前記溶融混合物が、25〜75質量%のω−9脂肪酸アミドと25〜75質量%のステアリン酸カルシウムとからなる溶融混合物である請求項2記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 軟化点が130℃以下の粘着樹脂を含み、
プロセスオイルおよび液状ポリマーの少なくとも1種を含み、
軟化点が130℃以下の粘着樹脂、プロセスオイル、および液状ポリマーの合計含有量が20質量部以上である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。 - 9質量部以上のプロセスオイルを含有する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 40〜150質量部のシリカを含有する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物で構成されるタイヤ部材を有するタイヤ。
