Description

The present invention relates to a sandbag that is filled with a water-absorbent resin and used by absorbing water when necessary.

Conventionally, sandbags have been used to prevent the inflow of water and earth and sand during water disasters such as floods. Sandbags are made of sand and sand packed in bags, but in recent years, sandbags have been proposed in which water-swellable water-absorbent resins are packed in water-permeable bags and absorbed and swollen during use.

For example, Patent Document 1 describes a water tank in which a plurality of absorbent cross-linked sheets of a resin mainly composed of ethylene oxide are stacked through a water-permeable layer such as a nonwoven fabric or a net and stored in a water-permeable bag. .

At flood sites, swollen sandbags are lined up in layers and used to stop water. Therefore, the shape of the sandbag after swelling is desired to be a rectangular parallelepiped shape that can be stacked as high as possible without any gaps.
However, in the technique described in Patent Document 1, since a seal portion for bonding the upper surface and the lower surface is formed on the side surface of the bag, a gap is formed as shown in FIG. End up. Therefore, there is a problem that water leaks from the gap and the water cannot be blocked.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, the scope of the invention is not limited to the illustrated examples.

[Configuration of sandbag 1]
First, the structure of the sandbag 1 in the embodiment of the present invention will be described.
Drawing 1 is a figure showing the section of sandbag 1 before water absorption. As shown in FIG. 1, the sandbag 1 encloses an inner bag 5 in which a plurality of (in this case, two) reinforcing plates 3 and a water-absorbing resin 4 having water swellability are accommodated in an outer bag 2. Has been configured. The two reinforcing plates 3 are respectively located on the upper surface side of the outer bag 2 with the inner bag 5 enclosing the water absorbent resin 4 interposed therebetween so as to correspond to the upper surface and the lower surface of the outer bag 2 after swelling of the water absorbent resin 4. And is sealed on the bottom side. On the side surface of the outer bag 2, a gusset portion 21 is formed for raising the side surface when the water absorbent resin 4 swells.

The outer bag 2 is a bag made of a material having high water permeability and high strength such as hemp. The outer bag 2 is preferably a fine material that does not allow the water absorbent resin 4 to leak out.

The reinforcing plate 3 is a plate-like member constituted by, for example, a plastic plate. The reinforcing plate 3 preferably has a structure that allows water to pass therethrough so as not to prevent water absorbed by the water absorbent resin 4 from entering the reinforcing plate 3.
For example, the reinforcing plate 3 preferably has a structure in which fine holes for allowing water to pass are opened as shown in FIG.
Alternatively, the reinforcing plate 3 is preferably in a lattice shape as shown in FIG. In this case, since the opening 31 for passing water is large, the water absorbent resin 4 passes through the reinforcing plate 3 through the opening 31 when swollen, and pushes the reinforcing plate 3 up to a predetermined position. Can not. Therefore, the opening portion 31 has a structure covered with, for example, a water-permeable nonwoven fabric.
Or as shown in FIG.2 (c), the reinforcement board 3 is not a plastic board, For example, it is good also as what formed the board | plate shape by bending resin and a wire like a business entrance mat. That is, the reinforcing plate 3 is not particularly limited as long as it is a plate-like member having water permeability.

The water absorbent resin 4 is a granular material having high water absorption and water swellability. As the water-absorbing resin 4, for example, a resin such as polyacrylate, polyacrylonitrile, cross-linked polyethylene oxide, starch, or CMC (carboxymethylcellulose) is preferably used.
The inner bag 5 stores the water-absorbent resin 4 at the time of drying. The material of the inner bag 5 is a material having water permeability and a strength that can be easily broken by the force that the water-absorbent resin 4 swells due to water absorption. There is no particular limitation.

[Action of sandbag 1]
Next, the operation of the sandbag 1 will be described. FIG. 3 is a view showing a cross section of the sandbag 1 after water absorption. FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the sandbag 1 after water absorption.
When the sandbag 1 is made to absorb water, the water absorbent resin 4 accommodated in the inner bag 5 swells. The inner bag 5 is broken by the swelling force, and the water absorbent resin 4 can move in the outer bag 2 by the force of pressing each other. Further, due to the swelling force of the water absorbent resin 4, the upper reinforcing plate 3 is pushed up to the height of the gusset portion 21 and the gusset portion 21 stands up. The upper and lower surfaces of the sandbag 1 are kept flat by the reinforcing plate 3. As a result, as shown in FIG. 4, since the shape of the sandbag 1 is maintained in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape after the water absorbent resin 4 swells, it is possible to obtain a sandbag 1 that is flat and easier to stack without being leveled by hand. It becomes possible.

FIG. 5 is a diagram schematically showing a state in which a plurality of sandbags 1 that have absorbed water are stacked side by side.
As shown in FIG. 4, the sandbag 1 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape when it absorbs water, so that stacking is easy. In addition, as shown in FIG. 5 surrounded by a one-dot chain line, when a plurality of absorbed sandbags 1 are stacked and stacked, there is no gap between adjacent sandbags 1, so that the water blocking effect can be improved.

It is preferable to fix the reinforcing plate 3 to the outer bag 2 in advance because the reinforcing plate 3 does not move in the outer bag 2. For example, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the reinforcing plate 3 is sewn and fixed to the outer bag 2 (see the sewn portion 34 in FIGS. 6A and 6B). When the water absorbent resin 4 swells, the outer bag 2 forms a rectangular parallelepiped, but the reinforcing plate 3 is desirably sized to have the same size as the upper and lower surfaces of the rectangular parallelepiped.

Below, the modification of the sandbag 1 of the said embodiment is demonstrated. In addition, in each modification, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected about the structure same as each part of the sandbag 1, and only a different part from the sandbag 1 is demonstrated. Moreover, about the structure of the same name, description is abbreviate | omitted about the structure similar to the said embodiment.

<変形例1>
<Modification 1>
Fig.7 (a) is a figure which shows the cross section before the water absorption of the sandbag 1A of the modification 1 of the said embodiment, FIG.7 (b) is a figure which shows the cross section after the water absorption of the sandbag 1A.
As shown in FIG. 7A, in the sandbag 1A before water absorption, each of the plurality of reinforcing plates 3A corresponds to the gusset portion 21 on the side surface of the outer bag 2 so as to stand when the water absorbent resin 4 swells. Are arranged.

When the sandbag 1A is made to absorb water, the water absorbent resin 4 stored in the inner bag 5 swells. The inner bag 5 is broken by the swelling force, and the water absorbent resin 4 can move in the outer bag 2 by the force of pressing each other. Further, the upper surface of the outer bag 2 is pushed up to the height of the gusset portion 21 by the swelling force of the water absorbent resin 4, and the gusset portion 21 and the reinforcing plate 3A stand up integrally. Thereby, as shown in FIG.7 (b), since the shape of the sandbag 1A is maintained in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped, it becomes possible to obtain the sandbag 1A that is flat and easier to stack without being leveled by hand. Moreover, in the modification 1, since the reinforcement board 3A is arrange | positioned corresponding to the gusset part 21 which forms the side surface of the outer bag 2, when the side surface of the sandbag 1A is maintained flat and several sandbags 1A are piled up The gap between adjacent sandbags 1A can be further reduced.

In addition, it is preferable to fix the reinforcing plate 3A to the gusset portion 21 of the outer bag 2 in advance, because the reinforcing plate 3A can easily stand when the water absorbent resin 4 swells. The fixing method is to sew and fix the reinforcing plate 3A to the gusset portion 21 of the outer bag 2 in the same manner as described in the above embodiment. When the water absorbent resin 4 swells, the outer bag 2 forms a rectangular parallelepiped, but the reinforcing plate 3A is desirably sized to have the same size as the corresponding side surface of the rectangular parallelepiped.

<変形例2>
<Modification 2>
Fig.8 (a) is a figure which shows the cross section before the water absorption of the sandbag 1B of the modification 2 of the said embodiment, FIG.8 (b) is a figure which shows the cross section after the water absorption of the sandbag 1B.
As shown in FIG. 8A, the sandbag 1B before water absorption has a reinforcing plate 3B1 corresponding to the upper surface of the outer bag 2, a reinforcing plate 3B2 corresponding to the lower surface, and a reinforcing plate 3B3 corresponding to the side surface. The reinforcing plate 3B3 corresponding to is enclosed in the outer bag 2 so as to surround the water absorbent resin 4 accommodated in the inner bag 5 in a state of being folded inward using, for example, a hinge.

When the sandbag 1B is made to absorb water, the water absorbent resin 4 stored in the inner bag 5 swells. The inner bag 5 is broken by the swelling force, and the water absorbent resin 4 can move in the outer bag 2 by the force of pressing each other. Further, the reinforcing plate 3B3 on the side surface that has been folded by the swelling force of the water-absorbing resin 4 being pushed up to the height of the gusset portion 21 unfolds and stands up. As a result, as shown in FIG. 8 (b), since the sandbag 1B has a rectangular parallelepiped framework, the sandbag 1B is stably maintained in the rectangular parallelepiped, and the sandbag 1B can be handled like a block. That is, it is possible to provide a sandbag that is flat and easier to stack without being leveled by hand, and that has no gap between adjacent sandbags when stacked.
The reinforcing plates 3B1 and 3B2 may be fixed to the outer bag 2 in advance. For example, the reinforcing plates 3B1 and 3B2 are sewn and fixed to the outer bag 2 in the same manner as described in the above embodiment. Thereby, since the movement in the outer bag 2 of reinforcement board 3B1 and 3B2 can be suppressed, it is preferable. When the water absorbent resin 4 swells, the outer bag 2 forms a rectangular parallelepiped, but the reinforcing plates 3B1 and 3B2 are desirably sized to have the same size as the upper and lower surfaces of the rectangular parallelepiped.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments and modifications, and can be appropriately changed without departing from the scope of the invention.
