Claims (7)
- 土木工事用タイヤのためのトレッド(1)であって、25mmから110mmまでの範囲の走行中に摩耗可能なパターンの厚さを有し、前記トレッドは、前記トレッドを中央領域(C)及び縁部領域(B)に分割する2本の全体として円周方向に延びる深さPcの円周方向溝(64)を有し、前記中央領域(C)は、深さPt及び平均幅Dtを有する複数本の全体として横方向に延びる横方向溝(5)を有し、横方向溝(5)及び円周方向溝(64)は、円周方向に互いに間隔を置いて設けられた複数個のブロック(3)から成る単一の列を画定し、各ブロック(3)は、側壁及び走行中路面に接触するようになった接触壁(30)を有し、前記側壁は、前記接触壁をエッジに沿って切断し、前記エッジのうちの幾つか(32,34)は、円周方向に延びており、前記エッジのうちの他のエッジは横方向に延びる横方向エッジ(31,33)であり、前記中央領域の各ブロック(3)は、前記横方向エッジ(31,33)に平行な方向に新品状態で測定された幅Ltb及び円周方向に測定された幅Lcbを有し、各縁部領域(B)は、走行中路面に接触するようになった接触壁(20,40)及び縁部リブ(2,4)の最大幅に対応した距離Ltnのところに互いに間隔を置いて設けられた2つの側壁(23,43)を有する前記縁部リブ(2,4)によって形成され、前記側壁(23,43)の各々は、前記ブロック(3)と一緒になって円周方向溝(62,64)を画定している、トレッドにおいて、各縁部リブ(2,4)の前記側壁(23,43)は、新品状態で測定された横方向幅Lte及び円周方向長さLceを備えた複数個の凹部(21,41)を有し、各凹部(21,41)は、その高さHe全体にわたって、横方向に延びる壁及び円周方向に延びる壁(210,410)によって画定され、各凹部(21,41)は、少なくとも、円周方向に測定された円周方向間隙Ac及び横方向又は軸方向に測定された横方向間隙Atのある状態で前記中央領域(C)のブロック(3)の端部分(302′,304′)を受け入れ、前記間隙Ac,Atは、前記トレッドを備えた前記タイヤの通常の走行条件下において、前記中央領域の前記ブロック(3)の各端部分(302,304)が、前記凹部(21,41)内にロックされた端部を有する前記ブロック(3)の各々が前記中央領域(C)の隣接のブロック(3)と接触するのが阻止されるような仕方で、前記凹部(21,41)の横方向に延びる壁と少なくとも部分的に接触状態にあるようにするように定められている、トレッド。
- 凹部(21,41)に入るブロック(3)の各端部分(302′,304′)の新品状態で測定された長さLtpは、少なくとも、前記ブロックの幅Ltbの7%に等しい、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 凹部(21,41)に入るブロック(3)の各端部分(302′,304′)の新品状態で測定された長さLtpは、少なくとも、前記ブロックの幅Ltbの15%に等しい、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 凹部(21,41)に入るブロック(3)の各端部分(302′,304′)の新品状態で測定された長さLtpは、深さにつれて変化し、前記長さLtpは、新品状態における前記トレッドの転動面上で最大であり、そして深さにつれて減少する、請求項1に記載のトレッド。
- 新品状態で前記転動面上で測定された凹部(21,41)に入るブロック(3)の各端部分(302′,304′)の前記長さLtpは、少なくとも、前記ブロックの横方向の幅Ltbの15%に等しい、請求項4記載のトレッド。
- 前記中央列の前記ブロック(3)の前記横方向エッジ(31,33)は、回転軸線に対して35°以下の角度をなして傾けられている、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載のトレッド。
