Claims (6)
- キャビティおよび貫通孔を設けた金属製の第1アイレットと、この第1アイレットに接合して筐体を形成し貫通孔を設けた金属製の第2アイレットと、前記第1アイレットの貫通孔または前記第2アイレットの貫通孔に挿通して筐体の内側および外側に延在する導電ピンと、この導電ピンを前記第1アイレットまたは前記第2アイレットに密閉封着するガラス材の絶縁シール材とを備え、さらに前記第1アイレットの導電ピンと前記第2アイレットの導電ピンとの間を架橋したヒューズエレメントを前記筐体の気密性の前記キャビティ内に収容したことを特徴とするヒューズ付き気密端子。
- 前記導電ピンは、金属製の芯材と金属製のジャケット材からなる複合金属材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒューズ付き気密端子。
- 前記導電ピンは、可溶性金属の芯材と、この芯材の表面を覆った前記芯材と異なる金属製のジャケット材からなり、所定部位で前記芯材を露出させてヒューズエレメントとし、このヒューズエレメントを前記筐体の気密性の前記キャビティ内に収容させたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のヒューズ付き気密端子。
- 前記導電ピンは、アウターピンとインナーピンの電気抵抗が互いに異なることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3の何れか1つに記載のヒューズ付き気密端子。
- 前記貫通孔の軸位置をずらして、封着される導電ピンが互いに突き当らない様に構成したことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4の何れか1つに記載のヒューズ付き気密端子。
- 前記ヒューズエレメントは、はんだ合金、銅または銅合金、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金、銀または銀合金の群から選択された可溶性金属材からなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5の何れか1つに記載のヒューズ付き気密端子。
