Description
Claims (19)
- 脈管構造に挿入可能な可撓性の細長い部材と、
前記可撓性の細長い部材内部に配置される中心部材と、
前記中心部材に沿って延在する電気導体と、
前記中心部材の遠位および前記可撓性の細長い部材内部に配置される基体と、
を備える血管内センサアセンブリであって、
前記基体は、
前記基体内に配置され前記基体を貫通して長手方向に延在する複数の電極であって、前記複数の電極は前記基体の長手方向軸の周りに均一に分散され、少なくとも1つの電極に前記電気導体が結合する、複数の電極と、
前記基体の遠位面に配置されるセンサ回路であって、少なくとも1つの電極に結合し、血管内圧力センサ回路を備えるセンサ回路と、
を備える、血管内センサアセンブリ。 - 前記複数の電極は、前記センサ回路の3つの異なる端子に結合するように構成される3つの電極を備える、請求項1に記載の血管内センサアセンブリ。
- 前記可撓性の細長い部材は、少なくとも1つの貫通穴を遠位端に備え、それによって前記センサ回路を血管内周囲に露出する、請求項1に記載の血管内センサアセンブリ。
- 前記基体は、前記長手方向軸に沿った円筒形の軸を備える略円筒形を有する、請求項1に記載の血管内センサアセンブリ。
- 前記基体は、シリコン、ゲルマニウム、シリコンとゲルマニウムの合金、シリカ、石英、サファイヤ、セラミック素材、プラスチック素材、およびそれらの組み合わせからなるグループから選択される素材からできている、請求項1に記載の血管内センサアセンブリ。
- 前記可撓性の細長い部材の近位部と遠位部との間で、前記中心部材に沿ったケーブルをさらに備え、前記ケーブルは、前記基体の近位面上で前記少なくとも1つの電極に電気的に結合する前記電気導体を含む、請求項1に記載の血管内センサアセンブリ。
- 前記センサ回路は極小電子機械システム(MEMS)を備える、請求項1に記載の血管内センサアセンブリ。
- 前記基体は、ウレタンアクリレート、シアノアクリレート、シリコーン、エポキシ、およびこれらの任意の組み合わせからなるグループから選択される接着剤を用いて前記中心部材に接着される、請求項1に記載の血管内センサアセンブリ。
- 血管内装置アセンブリで用いるセンサ構造であって、前記センサ構造は、
長手方向軸に沿って画定される長さと、前記長手方向軸に垂直に延在する幅とを備える形状を備える基体を備え、
前記形状は、
それぞれが前記長手方向軸に略垂直に延在する近位面および対向する遠位面と、
前記長手方向軸に略平行に延在する外面と、
をさらに備え、
前記センサ構造は、
前記基体内に配置され前記基体を貫通して長手方向に延在する複数の電極であって、前記複数の電極は前記長手方向軸の周りに均一に分散され、少なくとも1つの電極が前記血管内装置アセンブリの電気導体に結合する、複数の電極と、
前記遠位面上に配置されるセンサ回路であって、少なくとも1つの電極に結合する少なくとも1つの導線を備え、血管内圧力センサ回路を備えるセンサ回路と、
をさらに備える、センサ構造。 - 前記基体は、シリコン、ゲルマニウム、シリコンとゲルマニウムの合金、石英、ガラス、サファイヤ、セラミック素材、プラスチック素材、およびそれらの組み合わせからなるグループから選択される素材からできている、請求項9に記載のセンサ構造。
- 少なくとも1つの電極は前記遠位面から前記近位面まで延在する、請求項9に記載のセンサ構造。
- 少なくとも1つの電極は、前記遠位面から前記近位面に向かって延在し、それによって、前記電極の近位端は前記近位面から離間する、請求項9に記載のセンサ構造。
- 前記センサ回路は前記遠位面にフリップチップ構成で接着される、請求項9に記載のセンサ構造。
- 血管内環境に露出するセンサを用いて測定を実施するためのシステムであって、前記システムは、
血管内装置であって、
脈管構造に挿入可能な可撓性の細長い部材と、
前記可撓性の細長い部材内部に配置される中心部材と、
前記中心部材に沿って延在する電気導体と、
前記中心部材の遠位および前記可撓性の細長い部材内部に配置される基体であって、
前記基体内に配置され前記基体を貫通して長手方向に延在する複数の電極であって、前記複数の電極は前記基体の長手方向軸の周りに均一に分散され、少なくとも1つの電極に前記電気導体が結合する、複数の電極と、
前記基体の遠位面上に配置されるセンサ回路であって、少なくとも1つの電極に結合し、血管内圧力センサ回路を備えるセンサ回路と、
を備える前記基体と、
を備える血管内装置と、
前記血管内装置に結合する制御コンソールと、
を備える、システム。 - 前記制御コンソールと前記血管内装置との間に配置される接合装置をさらに備え、前記接合装置は電力を前記センサ回路に提供し、前記センサ回路からの信号を処理する、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記接合装置は、デジタル信号を前記制御コンソールに提供するために、アナログからデジタルへの変換回路を備える、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御コンソールは前記血管内環境の長手方向軸に沿った血圧のグラフを出力する、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記基体は、前記長手方向軸に沿う円筒軸を備える円筒形の形状を有する、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記基体は接着剤を用いて前記中心部材に接着される、請求項18に記載のシステム。
