前記第2磁石(28b)と前記磁気センサ(30)の離間距離(D2)が、前記第1磁石(28a)と前記磁気センサ(30)の離間距離(D1)に比して大きく設定されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (7)
- 移動体(14)の位置を、磁束のベクトルを検出する磁気センサ(30)を用いて判断する位置検出装置(10)であって、
前記移動体(14)に、少なくとも第1磁石(28a)、第2磁石(28b)及び第3磁石(28c)が設けられるとともに、前記第1磁石(28a)の磁束が前記磁気センサ(30)に向かい、前記第2磁石(28b)の磁束が前記第1磁石(28a)に向かい、前記第3磁石(28c)が前記磁気センサ(30)から該第3磁石(28c)に向かう磁束を受けるハルバッハ配列をなして配置され、
前記第2磁石(28b)と前記磁気センサ(30)の離間距離(D2)が、前記第1磁石(28a)と前記磁気センサ(30)の離間距離(D1)に比して大きく設定されていることを特徴とする位置検出装置(10)。 - 請求項1記載の検出装置(10)において、前記第1磁石(28a)と前記磁気センサ(30)の離間距離(D1)と、前記第3磁石(28c)と前記磁気センサ(30)の離間距離(D3)とが同一に設定されていることを特徴とする位置検出装置(10)。
- 請求項1又は2記載の検出装置(10)において、前記第2磁石(28b)と前記磁気センサ(30)の離間距離(D2)から前記第1磁石(28a)と前記磁気センサ(30)の離間距離(D1)を差し引いた値(OV)が、前記第1磁石(28a)の、磁極方向に沿う寸法(L1)の1/3以上であることを特徴とする位置検出装置(10)。
- 請求項3記載の検出装置(10)において、前記第2磁石(28b)と前記磁気センサ(30)の離間距離(D2)から前記第1磁石(28a)と前記磁気センサ(30)の離間距離(D1)を差し引いた値(OV)が、前記第1磁石(28a)の、磁極方向に沿う寸法(L1)の1/2以下であることを特徴とする位置検出装置(10)。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の検出装置(10)において、前記第1磁石(28a)、前記第2磁石(28b)及び前記第3磁石(28c)が平面視で矩形形状をなし、ハルバッハ配列の長手方向が移動方向に沿って前記移動体(14)に設けられることを特徴とする位置検出装置(10)。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の検出装置(10)において、前記移動体(14)が、自動二輪車のハンドル(12)に回動可能に設けられるアクセルグリップ(14)であり、前記磁気センサ(30)が前記ハンドル(12)に位置決め固定されていることを特徴とする位置検出装置(10)。
- 請求項6記載の検出装置(10)において、前記第2磁石(28b)が、前記ハンドル(12)の軸方向に沿って前記第1磁石(28a)よりも前記磁気センサ(30)から離間していることを特徴とする位置検出装置(10)。
