τ=μ∞γn +τ0
ここで、τはずり応力、μ∞は流体のコンシステンシー係数、γはずり速度、nはずり減粘インデックス、そして、τ0は降伏応力である。1未満のずり減粘インデックスは流体がずり減粘であることを示す一方、1より大きいn値は流体がずり増粘であることを示す。従ってずり減粘流体は、Herschel−Bulkleyモデルに従って測定されるときに、1未満のずり減粘インデックスを有しなければならない。従って、チキソトロピックおよびずり減粘の二重の性質を有する逸泥処置流体は、ポンプ輸送の撹拌(または他のいかなる撹拌)に曝された時は流動的なままであるが、該逸泥処置流体が逸泥ゾーン内に流入し、撹拌の供給源から離れた時、流体は増粘して逸泥ゾーンを封止し、封止された逸泥ゾーンに隣接して流れるいかなる流体の、逸泥ゾーンへの流体遊走を防止する 。

本発明の好ましい態様は、下記の通りである。
〔1〕逸泥ゾーンを封止する方法であって、以下の工程、
坑井中に逸泥処置流体を循環させる工程であって、前記逸泥処置流体が、軽石、消石灰、凝結抑制剤及び水を含む、工程、並びに
前記逸泥処置流体を逸泥ゾーンで凝結させて前記逸泥ゾーンを封止する工程、
を含む、前記方法。
〔2〕前記逸泥処置流体の、Herschel−Bulkleyモデルにより算出されるずり減粘インデックスが1未満である、前記〔1〕に記載の方法。
〔3〕前記逸泥処置流体が、硫酸アルミニウムを更に含む、前記〔1〕に記載の方法。
〔4〕前記凝結抑制剤が、ホスホン酸、ホスホン酸誘導体、リグノスルホン酸塩、塩、有機酸、カルボキシメチル化ヒドロキシエチル化セルロース、スルホン酸塩およびカルボン酸基を含む合成コポリマーまたはターポリマー、ホウ酸塩化合物、および、それらの任意の混合物から成る群から選択される少なくとも一つの抑制剤を含む、前記〔1〕に記載の方法。
〔5〕前記逸泥処置流体が、スルホン化ホルムアルデヒドベース分散剤、ポリカルボキシル化エーテル分散剤、および、それらの任意の組み合わせから成る群から選択される分散剤を更に含む、前記〔1〕に記載の方法。
〔6〕前記凝結抑制剤がホスホン酸誘導体を含み、凝結遅延セメント組成物がポリカルボキシル化エーテル分散剤を更に含む、前記〔1〕に記載の方法。
〔7〕前記逸泥処置流体を循環させる工程の前に、前記逸泥処置流体を少なくとも約7日間貯蔵する工程を更に含む、前記〔1〕に記載の方法。
〔8〕前記逸泥処置流体が、セメント硬化活性剤を更に含み、前記セメント硬化活性剤が、塩化カルシウム、トリエタノールアミン、ケイ酸ナトリウム、ギ酸亜鉛、酢酸カルシウム、水酸化ナトリウム、硫酸ナトリウム、ナノシリカ、ヘキサメタリン酸ナトリウム、および、それらの任意の組み合わせから成る群から選択される少なくとも一つのセメント硬化活性剤を含む、前記〔1〕に記載の方法。
〔9〕掘削流体、置換流体、および仕上げ流体からなる少なくとも一つの他の処置流体が坑井中に存在している間に、前記逸泥処置流体を坑井中に循環させる、前記〔1〕に記載の方法。
〔10〕ドリルストリングが坑井内に配置されている間に、前記逸泥処置流体を坑井中に循環させる、前記〔1〕に記載の方法。
〔11〕前記逸泥処置流体が、約0.96g/cm 3 〜約2.04g/cm 3 (約8lb/gal〜約17lb/gal)の範囲の密度を有する、前記〔1〕に記載の方法。
〔12〕軽石、消石灰、凝結抑制剤及び水を含む、逸泥処置流体。
〔13〕前記逸泥処置流体の、Herschel−Bulkleyモデルにより算出されるずり減粘インデックスが1未満である、前記〔12〕に記載の流体。
〔14〕硫酸アルミニウムを更に含む、前記〔12〕に記載の流体。
〔15〕前記凝結抑制剤が、ホスホン酸、ホスホン酸誘導体、リグノスルホン酸塩、塩、有機酸、カルボキシメチル化ヒドロキシエチル化セルロース、スルホン酸塩およびカルボン酸基を含む合成コポリマーまたはターポリマー、ホウ酸塩化合物、および、それらの任意の混合物から成る群から選択される少なくとも一つの抑制剤を含む、前記〔12〕に記載の流体。
〔16〕スルホン化ホルムアルデヒドベース分散剤、ポリカルボキシル化エーテル分散剤、および、それらの任意の組み合わせから成る群から選択される分散剤を更に含む、前記〔12〕に記載の流体。
〔17〕前記凝結抑制剤がホスホン酸誘導体を含み、凝結遅延セメント組成物がポリカルボキシル化エーテル分散剤を更に含む、前記〔12〕に記載の流体。
〔18〕セメント硬化活性剤を更に含み、前記セメント硬化活性剤が塩化カルシウム、トリエタノールアミン、ケイ酸ナトリウム、ギ酸亜鉛、酢酸カルシウム、水酸化ナトリウム、硫酸ナトリウム、ナノシリカ、ヘキサメタリン酸ナトリウム、および、それらの任意の組み合わせから成る群から選択される少なくとも一つのセメント硬化活性剤を含む、前記〔12〕に記載の流体。
〔19〕地下層中の逸泥ゾーンを封入するシステムであって、
水、軽石、消石灰及び凝結抑制剤を含む、逸泥ゾーンに配置するための逸泥処置流体、
前記逸泥処置流体を混合することが可能な混合装置、並びに
前記逸泥処置流体を逸泥ゾーンにポンプ輸送することが可能なポンプ輸送装置、
を含む、前記システム。
〔20〕地下層を貫く坑井中に配置されるドリルストリングを更に含む、前記〔19〕に記載のシステム。
Claims (17)
- 逸泥ゾーンを封止する方法であって、以下の工程、
坑井中に逸泥処置流体を循環させる工程であって、前記逸泥処置流体が、軽石、消石灰、凝結抑制剤及び水を含む、工程、
前記逸泥処置流体を逸泥ゾーンで凝結させて前記逸泥ゾーンを封止する工程、並びに
前記逸泥処置流体を循環させる工程の前に、前記逸泥処置流体を少なくとも1日間貯蔵する工程、
を含む、前記方法。 - 前記逸泥処置流体の、Herschel−Bulkleyモデルにより算出されるずり減粘インデックスが1未満である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記逸泥処置流体が、硫酸アルミニウムを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記凝結抑制剤が、ホスホン酸、ホスホン酸誘導体、リグノスルホン酸塩、塩、有機酸、カルボキシメチル化ヒドロキシエチル化セルロース、スルホン酸塩およびカルボン酸基を含む合成コポリマーまたはターポリマー、ホウ酸塩化合物、および、それらの任意の混合物から成る群から選択される少なくとも一つの抑制剤を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記逸泥処置流体が、スルホン化ホルムアルデヒドベース分散剤、ポリカルボキシル化エーテル分散剤、および、それらの任意の組み合わせから成る群から選択される分散剤を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記凝結抑制剤がホスホン酸誘導体を含み、凝結遅延セメント組成物がポリカルボキシル化エーテル分散剤を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記逸泥処置流体を循環させる工程の前に、前記逸泥処置流体を少なくとも7日間貯蔵する工程を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記逸泥処置流体が、セメント硬化活性剤を更に含み、前記セメント硬化活性剤が、塩化カルシウム、トリエタノールアミン、ケイ酸ナトリウム、ギ酸亜鉛、酢酸カルシウム、水酸化ナトリウム、硫酸ナトリウム、ナノシリカ、ヘキサメタリン酸ナトリウム、および、それらの任意の組み合わせから成る群から選択される少なくとも一つのセメント硬化活性剤を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 掘削流体、置換流体、および仕上げ流体からなる少なくとも一つの他の処置流体が坑井中に存在している間に、前記逸泥処置流体を坑井中に循環させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ドリルストリングが坑井内に配置されている間に、前記逸泥処置流体を坑井中に循環させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記逸泥処置流体が、0.96g/cm3〜2.04g/cm3(8lb/gal〜17lb/gal)の範囲の密度を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 軽石、消石灰、ホスホン酸誘導体を含む凝結抑制剤、ポリカルボキシル化エーテル分散剤及び水を含む、逸泥処置流体。
- 前記逸泥処置流体の、Herschel−Bulkleyモデルにより算出されるずり減粘インデックスが1未満である、請求項12に記載の流体。
- 硫酸アルミニウムを更に含む、請求項12に記載の流体。
- セメント硬化活性剤を更に含み、前記セメント硬化活性剤が塩化カルシウム、トリエタノールアミン、ケイ酸ナトリウム、ギ酸亜鉛、酢酸カルシウム、水酸化ナトリウム、硫酸ナトリウム、ナノシリカ、ヘキサメタリン酸ナトリウム、および、それらの任意の組み合わせから成る群から選択される少なくとも一つのセメント硬化活性剤を含む、請求項12に記載の流体。
- 地下層中の逸泥ゾーンを封入するシステムであって、
水、軽石、消石灰、ホスホン酸誘導体を含む凝結抑制剤及びポリカルボキシル化エーテル分散剤を含む、逸泥ゾーンに配置するための逸泥処置流体、
前記逸泥処置流体を混合することが可能な混合装置、並びに
前記逸泥処置流体を逸泥ゾーンにポンプ輸送することが可能なポンプ輸送装置、
を含む、前記システム。 - 地下層を貫く坑井中に配置されるドリルストリングを更に含む、請求項16に記載のシステム。
