Description
図4は、従来の高電圧を出力するバッテリ装置の回路図である。従来の高電圧を出力するバッテリ装置は、複数の二次電池を直列に接続した電圧発生器1と、複数の電圧監視装置2でその充放電を制御している(例えば、特許文献1参照)。
電圧発生器と、電圧発生器に直列に接続された複数の昇圧用コンデンサと、仲介用コンデンサと、電圧発生器及び複数の昇圧用コンデンサと仲介用のコンデンサとの接続を切替え制御するスイッチ回路とを備えた昇圧装置。
図1は、第一の実施形態の昇圧装置の回路図である。第一の実施形態の昇圧装置は、二次電池等の電圧発生器101と、コンデンサ102_1から102_3と、コンデンサ103_1、103_2と、スイッチ回路104_1から104_3を備える。
スイッチ回路104_1はスイッチ制御入力端子109にスイッチ制御器から制御信号を受信すると順次選択的にスイッチ111から113のオンとオフを切り替える。スイッチ回路104_2は、スイッチ制御入力端子109に104_1のスイッチ制御出力端子110からの信号を受信し、同様のスイッチが同期してオン、オフするよう動作する。
さらには、1個の電圧発生器101の電圧を仲介用コンデンサを介して昇圧用コンデンサに発生させるため、電圧発生器の電圧差を考慮することなく昇圧装置を構成できる。
図3は、第二の実施形態の昇圧装置の回路図である。第二の実施形態の昇圧装置の構成は、基本的には第一の実施形態の昇圧装置と同様である。第二の実施形態の昇圧装置は、第一の昇圧装置114_1と第二の昇圧装置114_2で構成される。
第二の実施形態の昇圧装置の動作は、基本的には第一実施形態の昇圧装置と同様である。
また、スイッチ回路は、3個のスイッチを1ユニットとしたものを示したが、スイッチの個数は制限されるものではない。

- 電圧発生装置と、
前記電圧発生装置に直列に接続された複数の昇圧用コンデンサと、
仲介用コンデンサと、
前記電圧発生装置及び前記複数の昇圧用コンデンサと、前記仲介用コンデンサとの接続を切替え制御するスイッチ回路と、を備え
前記スイッチ回路は、
前記電圧発生装置及び前記昇圧用コンデンサが接続される複数の昇圧用端子と、
前記仲介用コンデンサが接続される仲介用端子と、
前記複数の昇圧用端子と前記仲介用端子との接続を切替える複数のスイッチと、
前記複数のスイッチの制御信号が入力されるスイッチ制御入力端子と、
前記制御信号が出力されるスイッチ制御出力端子と、を備え、
複数の前記スイッチ回路が、前記スイッチ制御出力端子と前記スイッチ制御入力端子で接続されて縦積されたことを特徴とする昇圧装置。 - 請求項1に記載の昇圧装置が、前記スイッチ制御出力端子と前記スイッチ制御入力端子で接続されて縦積されたことを特徴とする昇圧装置。
