Description
Claims (20)
- 周方向に分布され且つ外側ケースとインナハブとの間を径方向に延びる複数のストラットを含むフレームと、
前記外側ケースと前記インナハブとの間に前記フレームを略軸線方向に貫通して延びるフェアリングと、
前記フレームインナハブの径方向内側で前記フレームに取り付けられた単一の結合型軸受支持要素と
を備え、
前記結合型軸受支持要素は、軸受支持リング部と、該軸受支持リング部の後端回りに配置されたフレーム取り付けリング部と、前記軸受支持リング部の前端に連なる第1分流器リング部とを含む、ガスタービンモジュール。 - 軸受区画取り付けフランジに固定され且つ前記軸受支持リング部の後端から支持された軸受区画を更に備える、請求項1に記載のガスタービンモジュール。
- 前記軸受区画と前記フレームインナハブとの間の環状ギャップに配置された分流器キャビティを更に備える、請求項2に記載のガスタービンモジュール。
- 前記軸受支持リング部及び前記第1分流器リング部は、前記分流器キャビティの連続した内壁を形成する、請求項3に記載のガスタービンモジュール。
- 前記分流器キャビティは別体の第2分流器リング組立体を含み、該第2分流器リング組立体が分流器キャビティ外壁の少なくとも前部分を形成する、請求項3に記載のガスタービンモジュール。
- 前記第2分流器リング組立体は相互に結合された複数のリング区分を含む、請求項5に記載のガスタービンモジュール。
- 前記第1分流器リング部及び前記別体の第2分流器リング組立体の少なくとも1つを貫通して冷却剤内側入口ポートが形成されている、請求項5に記載のガスタービンモジュール。
- 前記冷却剤内側入口ポートは回転タービン軸から排出された冷却空気を受け取るように構成されている、請求項7に記載のガスタービンモジュール。
- 前記分流器キャビティの内壁は前記タービン軸から前記フレームインナハブに延びている、請求項8に記載のガスタービンモジュール。
- 前記分流器キャビティは、前記複数のフレームストラットの1つを貫通して径方向に延びる通路に導く1つの開口を含む、請求項3に記載のガスタービンモジュール。
- 前記結合型軸受支持要素は単一の鋳造品から形成されている、請求項1に記載のガスタービンモジュール。
- 前記モジュールは、ガス排気ケース(TEC)組立体を備える、請求項1に記載のガスタービンモジュール。
- ガスタービンエンジンのためのフレームに軸受区画を取り付けるための略円筒形状の軸受支持リング部と、
前記軸受支持リング部の前端に連なる略円錐台形状の第1分流器リング部と
を備え、
前記軸受支持リング部及び前記第1分流器リング部は単一品であるガスタービンエンジンの軸受支持要素。 - 前記軸受支持リング部の後端に配置され、前記軸受支持リング部の径方向内側に軸受区画を固定且つ支持する軸受区画フランジを更に備える、請求項13に記載の軸受支持要素。
- 前記軸受支持リング部の後端回りに周方向に配置され、エンジンフレームの後端から結合型軸受支持要素を固定且つ支持するフレーム取り付けフランジを更に備える、請求項13に記載の軸受支持要素。
- 前記軸受支持リング部及び第1分流器リング部は、分流器キャビティの連続した内壁面を形成する,請求項13に記載の軸受支持要素。
- 前記連続した内壁面は、タービン軸と前記エンジンフレームとの間を略径方向に延びるべく構成されている、請求項16に記載の軸受支持要素。
- 前記分流器リング部は、前記第1分流器リング部の径方向内側部分に少なくとも1つの第2分流器リング構成要素を取り外し可能に固定するフランジを含む、請求項16に記載の軸受支持要素。
- 前記第1分流器リング部及び前記第2分流器リング構成要素の少なくとも1つを貫通して冷却剤内側入口ポートが形成されている、請求項18に記載の軸受支持要素。
- 前記冷却剤内側入口ポートは前記タービン軸から排出された冷却空気を受け取るべく構成されている、請求項19に記載の軸受支持要素。
