Description
図1は、本発明を適用した一実施形態である麻酔装置1の構成を示す系統図である。本実施形態の麻酔装置1は、麻酔器と水素濃度制御部とを備えたものである。具体的には、図1に示すように、本実施形態の麻酔装置1は、ガス供給回路2と、麻酔ガス調製回路3と、水素含有ガス供給回路4と、呼吸回路5と、水素濃度測定回路6と、第1ガス供給経路L1(ガス供給経路)と、水素含有ガス供給経路L2と、分析用ガス採取経路L3と、第2ガス供給経路L4と、第3ガス供給経路L5と、を備えて概略構成されている。
ガス供給回路2は、麻酔ガス調製回路3に、酸素ガスと空気とを供給するための回路である。ガス供給回路2は、酸素供給手段11と、空気供給手段12と、を有して概略構成されている。
麻酔ガス調製回路3は、ガス供給回路2から供給される酸素ガス及び空気と、麻酔ガス調製回路3内で麻酔薬を気化して生成した気化麻酔薬と、から麻酔ガスを調製し、調製した麻酔ガスを呼吸回路5に供給するための回路である。麻酔ガス調製回路3は、ガス混合手段21と、流量測定手段22と、気化器23と、ガス共通流出口24と、酸素流量調整手段25と、空気流量調整手段26と、第4ガス供給経路L6と、を有して概略構成されている。
酸素流量調整手段25としては、特に限定されるものではないが、具体的には、例えば、比例制御弁等の無段階調整手段等を用いることができる。
空気流量調整手段26としては、特に限定されるものではないが、具体的には、例えば、比例制御弁等の無段階調整手段等を用いることができる。
水素含有ガス供給回路4は、第1ガス供給経路L1に水素含有ガスを供給するための回路である。水素含有ガス供給回路4は、水素供給手段31と、水素流量調整手段32とを有して概略構成されている。
呼吸回路5は、第1ガス供給経路L1から供給される水素含有麻酔ガスを、呼吸回路5内のガス循環経路L11で循環させ、ガス循環経路L11に設けられたマスク42を介して、患者に水素含有麻酔ガスの供給と、患者からの呼気の回収とを行うための回路である。
水素濃度測定回路6は、呼吸回路5内を循環する水素含有麻酔ガスの一部を採取し、水素含有麻酔ガス中の水素濃度を測定するための回路である。水素濃度測定回路6は、麻酔薬除去手段51と、水素濃度測定手段52と、を有して概略構成されている。
次に、上述した麻酔装置1を用いた本実施形態の水素含有麻酔ガス中の水素濃度制御方法(以下、単に「水素濃度制御方法」という)について説明する。
具体的には、測定した水素含有麻酔ガス中の水素濃度の測定値を基に、水素濃度測定手段52が、信号線C3を介して水素流量調整手段32に開閉信号を送信して、水素含有ガスの供給量を制御する。具体的には、例えば、水素含有麻酔ガスの水素濃度が高い場合には水素含有ガスの供給量を減少させるとともに、低い場合には水素含有ガスの供給量を増加させる。このように、第1ガス供給経路L1への水素含有ガスの供給量を調製することにより、ガス循環経路L11内の水素含有麻酔ガス中の水素濃度を所要の値に制御することができる。
次に、本発明を適用した他の実施形態である、麻酔器用取付キットについて説明する。
本実施形態の麻酔器用取付キットは、麻酔器に装着することにより、ガス循環経路内に水素含有麻酔ガスを供給するとともに水素含有麻酔ガス中の水素濃度を制御するための付属ユニット(後付けユニット)である。ここで「麻酔器」とは、麻酔ガス調製回路と閉鎖回路式又は半閉鎖回路式の呼吸回路とガス供給経路とを備える一般的な麻酔器のことをいう。
図2に本発明のさらに他の実施形態である、動物用麻酔装置101を示す。
動物用麻酔装置101は、図1に示すヒト用麻酔装置1の呼吸回路5が動物収容用の筐体7に変わったこと以外は、第1実施形態の麻酔装置1と同様の構成を有する。したがってここでは重複する要素についての説明は省略する。
Claims (3)
- 空気又は酸素混合空気と気化麻酔薬とを混合して、麻酔ガスを生成する、麻酔ガス調製回路と、
前記麻酔ガスが循環するガス循環経路と、前記ガス循環経路に設けられ、前記麻酔ガスの供給と呼気の回収とを行うインターフェースと、を有する、閉鎖回路式又は半閉鎖回路式の呼吸回路と、
前記麻酔ガス調製回路と前記呼吸回路とにわたって設けられたガス供給経路と、を備える麻酔器に装着して、前記ガス循環経路内に水素含有麻酔ガスを供給するとともに前記水素含有麻酔ガス中の水素濃度を制御する麻酔器用取付キットであって、
水素含有ガスを供給する水素含有ガス供給回路と、
前記水素含有ガス供給回路と前記ガス供給経路とを接続するための水素含有ガス供給経路と、
前記ガス循環経路内に循環するガスを採取するための分析用ガス採取経路と、
採取した前記ガス中の水素濃度を測定する水素濃度測定回路と、
測定した前記水素濃度の測定値を基に、前記水素含有ガス供給回路からの前記水素含有ガスの供給量を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記水素濃度測定回路が、採取した前記ガス中の前記気化麻酔薬を除去する麻酔薬除去手段と、前記麻酔薬除去手段の二次側に設けられた水素濃度測定手段と、を有していることを特徴とする麻酔器用取付キット。 - 前記気化麻酔薬が、ハロゲン系麻酔薬である請求項1に記載の麻酔器用取付キット。
- 前記麻酔薬除去手段が、固体吸着剤である請求項1又は2に記載の麻酔器用取付キット。
