Description
天然ガス、即ち、室温でガス状となって現れる混合物を形成するのに十分に揮発性である炭化水素の混合体は、内燃エンジンの燃料としての燃料オイルの有利な代替物となるものである。
前述の実施例と同様の機能を持つものについては同じ参照符号を用いる。図7における変更部分は、前述の液体熱伝達媒体(図4)或いは蒸発可能の冷媒(図5)の代替物のいずれにも限定されるものではない。最初に述べるものは図7に例示として示されるが、冷蔵設備及び空調設備は図5に示されるものと極めて類似している。
熱が燃料貯蔵及び分配システムに持ち込まれる他の熱源は、エンジンのLT冷却水回路である必要はなく;例えば、推進システムにおける燃焼及び摩擦により発生する熱を、種々の方法で直接的、或いは間接的に燃料貯蔵及び分配システムに持ち込むことができる。他の熱源は、例えば、海上船舶に搭載された蒸気発生回路及び/又は熱オイル回路の部分を有することができる。例えば、エンジン冷却回路及び蒸気発生回路が共にタンクルーム内に到達するようにして、他の種々の熱源を組み合わせて使用することができる。
Claims (10)
- ガス燃料駆動海上船舶の燃料貯蔵及び分配システムであって、
大部分が液化されているガス燃料を貯蔵するためのガスタンク(401)と、
タンクルーム(402)であって、前記タンクルームの内外を接続するタンクの接続部と関連するバルブを囲む気密スペースを形成するタンクルーム(402)と、
前記タンクルーム内に到達する冷蔵設備又は空調設備回路の一部と、
前記タンクルーム(402)内の前記冷蔵設備又は空調設備回路の一部から熱を受け取るように構成された第1ローカル熱伝達回路を有し、
前記燃料貯蔵及び分配システムは、更に、第1ローカル熱伝達再-沸騰器(403)と第1ローカル熱伝達凝縮器(404)を有する第1ローカル熱伝達回路を有し、前記冷蔵設備又は空調設備回路の一部は前記第1ローカル熱伝達再-沸騰器内のホット要素(405)を構成し、受け取った熱を、前記燃料貯蔵及び分配システムにおける前記第1ローカル熱伝達再-沸騰器(403)及び前記第1ローカル熱伝達凝縮器(404)で扱われる液化ガス燃料に伝達するように配置され、
前記燃料貯蔵及び分配システムは、更に、
前記第1ローカル熱伝達凝縮器内のコールド要素(407)を通して液化ガス燃料を案内するためのパイプ(406)と、
前記タンクルーム(402)内に達するエンジン冷却回路の一部と、
第2ローカル熱伝達再-沸騰器(408)と第2ローカル熱伝達凝縮器(409)を有する、前記タンクルーム(402)内の第2ローカル熱伝達回路と、を有し、
前記エンジン冷却回路の一部は、前記第2ローカル熱伝達再-沸騰器(408)内のホット要素(410)を構成し、前記第2ローカル熱伝達回路は、前記タンクルーム(403)内の前記エンジン冷却回路の一部から熱を受け取り、受け取った熱を、前記燃料貯蔵及び分配システムの第2ローカル熱伝達再-沸騰器(408)及び前記第2ローカル熱伝達凝縮器(409)内で扱われる前記ガスタンク(401)から送られる液化ガス燃料に伝達するものであり、
前記燃料貯蔵及び分配システムは、更に、前記ガスタンク(401)から送られる液化ガス燃料を、前記第2ローカル熱伝達凝縮器(409)内におけるコールド要素(412)を通すパイプ(411)と、
前記液化ガス燃料を、前記第1ローカル熱伝達凝縮器(404)及び前記第2ローカル熱伝達凝縮器(409)内のコールド要素(407,412)を連続して通すか、或いは、それらのコールド要素の1つのみを通すかを選択してガス燃料を案内する選択バルブ(416,417)と、
一部が、前記第1ローカル熱伝達凝縮器(404)又は前記第2ローカル熱伝達凝縮器(409)の少なくとも1つのPBUコールド要素(420,421)を構成する前記ガスタンク(401)内の圧力を蓄積し維持する圧力蓄積装置(PBU)回路を更に有する、
ことを特徴とする燃料貯蔵及び分配システム。 - 前記圧力蓄積装置(PBU)回路は、流体加熱媒体を、前記第1ローカル熱伝達凝縮器(404)又は前記第2ローカル熱伝達凝縮器(409)の少なくとも1つの前記PBUコールド要素(420,421)と、前記ガスタンク内の加熱要素(422)を通して案内するように構成された閉ループである、請求項1に記載の燃料貯蔵及び分配システム。
- 前記圧力蓄積装置(PBU)回路は、ガス燃料を、ガスタンクから、前記第1ローカル熱伝達凝縮器(404)又は前記第2ローカル熱伝達凝縮器(409)の少なくとも1のPBUコールド要素(420,421)に案内し、次に前記ガスタンクに戻すように案内するように構成されたオープンループである、請求項2に記載された燃料貯蔵及び分配システム。
- 前記冷蔵設備及び空調設備回路の一部は、液体熱伝達媒体のための循環ループの一部である、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の燃料貯蔵及び分配システム。
- 前記液体熱伝達媒体の一定量を一時的に貯蔵するための断熱されたバッファタンク(431)と、
前記バッファタンクへ、及び前記バッファタンクから、前記液体熱伝達媒体の流れを制御するための制御バルブを有する、請求項4に記載の燃料貯蔵及び分配システム。 - 前記冷蔵設備又は空調設備回路は、蒸発可能な冷媒のための循環ループの一部である、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の燃料貯蔵及び分配システム。
- 蓄熱器(502)と、
前記蓄熱器を通して前記蒸発可能な冷媒の流れを制御するための制御バルブ(503,504)を有する、請求項6に記載の燃料貯蔵及び分配システム。 - 液化ガス燃料を貯蔵するガスタンクと前記液化ガス燃料を分配する燃料貯蔵及び分配システムを有するガス燃料駆動の船舶の加熱、換気、及び空調システムから熱を前記液化ガス燃料に伝達する方法であって、
タンクルーム(402)内に到達する冷蔵設備又は空調設備からの熱を前記タンクルーム内の第1ローカル熱伝達凝縮器(404)を有する第1ローカル熱伝達回路に伝達するステップと、
前記第1ローカル熱伝達回路を、前記燃料貯蔵及び分配システム内で扱われる前記液化ガス燃料を加熱するために使用するステップを有し、
前記タンクルーム内に到達するエンジン冷却回路からの熱を、前記タンクルーム内の第2ローカル熱伝達凝縮器(409)を有する第2ローカル熱伝達回路に伝達するステップと、
前記第2ローカル熱伝達回路を、前記燃料貯蔵及び分配システム内で扱われる前記液化ガス燃料を加熱するために使用するステップと、
前記液化ガス燃料を、前記第1ローカル熱伝達凝縮器及び前記第2ローカル熱伝達凝縮器内のコールド要素(407,412)を連続して通すか、或いは、それらのコールド要素の1つのみを通すかを選択してガス燃料を案内する選択バルブ(416,417)を使用するステップと、
一部が、前記第1ローカル熱伝達凝縮器又は前記第2ローカル熱伝達凝縮器の少なくとも1つのPBUコールド要素(420,421)を構成する圧力蓄積装置(PBU)回路を使用して前記ガスタンク(401)内の圧力を蓄積し維持するステップを有する、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 断熱されたバッファタンク(431)内の前記冷蔵設備又は空調設備回路を流れる液体熱伝達媒体の一定量を一時的に貯蔵するステップと、
前記バッファタンクからの液体熱伝達媒体を制御して回収し、前記冷蔵設備又は空調設備回路に戻すステップ、を有する、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記冷蔵設備又は空調設備回路を流れる蒸発可能な冷媒を、熱を貯蔵するための又は熱を必要に応じて回収するための蓄熱器(502)を通して制御可能に循環させるステップを有する、請求項8に記載の方法。
